I have been going to these Drs. for 7 years now. As far as the staff, I have nothing but good thing's to say. Everyone that I have interacted with have been kind and treated me with respect. Yes, sometimes I wait a bit longer than I would like, but it happens, nothing and no one is perfect! As far as the doctors I have seen there, there is only one that I was not happy with, and he is now retired. Right now I am seeing Dr. Kimball, and he is so kind and patience with me there are times he's running a little behind, but that's because he tries his best to listen to his patients. Sure, he could just

Thank you for the opportunity to send some well-deserved kudos to Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Associates (OSRA).
First of all, my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hamilton for years. He is excellent.
We are also grateful that you have such a fine rehab/therapy team under John Wesolwich. John and the entire staff are not only professional, but also always project an ambience of expert, conscientious care throughout the clinic.
I usually see John, Theresa, Elizabeth and Tabatha during my current round of therapy visits and they are always attentive to my needs, always ready, willing

It was 10/29/18 6:45pm, my appointment was 5:15. I was still waiting for the Doctor and had plenty of time to notice an outdated computer system, dingy stained walls and a staff who thought that a two hour span between the scheduled and actual appointment time was completely normal. I waited 4 weeks for this appointment, figured I would need more and realized that they were not for me. As I left I expressed my displeasure to both Doctors on staff. Their responses were similar, disingenuous and blase at best. Not the kind of Doctor that I want. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I have been an ongoing patient at OSRA for 10+ years now and am pleased to say my expierence is always a positive one. I have seen multiple doctors with the practice and they never fail to go above and beyond. The office staff is always very helpful and pleasant. I will continue to use them for all of my orthopedic needs.

This practice has always given me such a welcoming experience! I seen Dr. Maitin for my wrist, she was thorough and extremely nice. I also saw Dr. Dearolf for my shoulder and he was the most pleasant Dr and very knowledgable! I have and will continue to refer friends and family to this practice for all of their Ortho needs!

If I could, I would give this location 0 stars. The doctor that I saw while there was fantastic. However, the office staff were awful. I went in, came out with an MRI authorization and was told to schedule, a month later and nobody had ever submitted my paperwork for the MRI. I was at the MRI appointment, unable to get it done. After having to find a new appointment for the MRI, it took them a week to get my MRI paperwork submitted to my insurance despite them having all the information. I was told I would get calls back and I never did. I would call to get updated, and would get hung up on. The
