I highly recommend Lambert Home Inspection for all your home inspection and moving needs. It was thorough and painless. Randy and team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and gave impartial recommendations on everything in the report. They also have a concierge service to set up all your utilities to make transitioning from the old owner to the new owner seamless. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. 10/10 service.

What an amazing group of inspectors. I got an immediate response when I called and they arranged for an inspection on a Sunday, only 2 days after I called! They were early and did a drone inspection of the roof. Then they were very thorough and did an amazing time explaining what they saw and what was good and what needed to be clean, or fixed. The report was wonderful with what needed immediate attention, just to be fixed now or in the future and all was complete with pictures so you knew exactly what and where it was located. I highly recommend them and they give a home warranty on their work

Our inspection with John and his partner went great. They were extremely thorough, and left no stone unturned after examining our new home using various methods, including thermal imaging and a drone fly over. They pointed out a few minor issues that I probably would never have caught after living there for a year. They also answered all of my questions, and sent me a comprehensive report by email within an hour of finishing the inspection. I highly recommend their services.

Great experience with Lambert Home Inspections! This company was recommended to me by my realtor, along with a few others, and I’m so glad that I picked LHI. The inspection was very easy to set up online and kept me from having to play phone tag to get it scheduled. John and CJ showed up at the property early and were quick but thorough once inside. They took their time answering any questions that I had and were a great resource of knowledge for a first time home buyer. The inspection also came with several warranties and complementary services. 100% recommend!
