The first time I went here 11/2/21 I enjoyed the staff and felt like it was a great value for my money. The second time, 11/9/21 a week later because my dog’s health was still declining, I dealt with a different veterinarian at the clinic. I was barely communicated with about what they were doing. I was told they were going to run tests that they would need to send off, they did not warn me about the fees involved. They also gave my dog fluids and b12 without telling me first. I actually had b12 at home for him from my previous vet, which they would gave known had they asked or looked at he paperwork

My cat suffered two bad cuts on his leg so I took him to Mountain View as soon as they opened up. My first impression on entering was the horrendous smell. It was nauseating. After explaining to the receptionist my situation she was less than helpful to say the least. It was obvious she could have cared less. they don't have drop off service and the best they could do was have me sit outside until they could work us in.

Amber is the most caring vet I have ever come to know. She took my kitten in all weekend and after closing hours when Carroll County Veterinarian Clinic wouldn't. I recommend Mountain View Vet Clinic to everyone who loves their animals and wants them left in great hands and that's Amber's hands.

I took my cat in for an x-ray and now she can't even hold her self up to pee. She is dying and they won't even return my calls. Please don't take your animals here!!!
Update took back to see doc. Hailey there and she was amazing with her and us. Maybe it was just the first doc.

They were fast but good. They helped my cat with his problems and are more affordable than my old veterinarian office. Thank you so much Mountain View Veterinary Clinic. I will definitely be referring your office to my friends.

We had been taking our pet Bella for the past 7 years. to Mountain View .She had to have 2 knee surgeries and then had some smaller problems over the years until 2 months ago she started throwing up several times a day and we took Bella in several times over 2 months and they ran many test and gave her meds but could not tell us why she was throwing up...
Why would you give Bella meds to take by mouth when she could not keep everything down ?
Bella died at age 7 on Monday ,Nov. 25, 3019 at 1:15 am in my wife arms....
If I could give them a 0 i would....Feel like now its all about the dollar
