Inspection Protection

Dan is the man, as meticulous as it gets when doing an inspection. I received a prompt date for service and everything was inspected to the T. Get this, a year after my home purchase, I posted on fb asking for help moving some furniture and him and his son showed up ready to help, then refused any money I tried to give him! Real stand-up guy who does solid work. No need to go anywhere else for your inspection needs in the FL panhandle.

My family and I greatly appreciate the level of service that we received from Dan and his team. Moving from out of state is a daunting process and we found great peace in knowing that Dan was there to make sure our decision regarding the home was an educated one. I was in a time crunch on a home inspection I had to get done today and I called Dan up and asked if he could possibly meet me out at the property in 2 hours to complete the inspection since new tenants were checking in. Dan encouraged me to come to the inspection of my first house purchase. Dan came out and did a complete inspection. After his inspection he explained everything in great detail. The written report was very detailed with photos. This is my first house I ever purchase and he did a thorough job making sure I knew what I was purchasing as well as offered helpful tips and suggestions on preventative maintenance. Dan inspected my 1980 foreclosure property before I decided to buy it, and he was extremely thorough. Great peace of mind from knowing he looked at literally everything, and has the expertise to catch problems that could be very expensive later on.
