Our Florida commercial inspections include properties such as apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, retail stores warehouses and more. We will perform a visual examination of the pool or spa's equipment, electrical supply and liner.
My name is Brett Six. I am the owner/operator of Six Inspection Services located in the beautiful Florida panhandle. I came to this area in 1992 while serving in the United States Air Force and have made this area my home ever since. I take great pride in providing the best home inspection service in the area.
Our commercial inspections include properties such as apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, retail stores and warehouses. The inspection evaluates the major systems of the property and the visible structural components; it also catalogs the type and condition of HVAC equipment. The commercial inspection results in a concise, computer generated, narrative report of the building's overall condition adhering to current ASTM standards.

We needed an inspection done for our home purchase. Our realtor recommended this company because she has been working with him for 20 years. We met with him at the house and watched him complete a very thorough inspection. When we arrived he was on the roof, and spent several minutes walking the entire thing, taking pictures. He was willing to answer a few questions for us. He was friendly and polite.
The inspection lasted longer than I expected because he took his time and checked the entire house. After he was done, he took the time to go over his findings. He told us the written report

Brett did a fabulous job inspecting two homes we were looking at buying. After his thorough inspection of the first home we decided to back out of the deal due to extensive issues with wiring. When we used Brett again for the home we ended up buying he gave us a discount and was extremely easy to work with. I would highly reccomend to anyone who needs a home inspector who notices all the details!
