I have been a patient for over 1 years at Alssaro. Adriana is a great Dr. who takes the time to get to know her patients in order to establish a trusting relationship. She has helped me greatly to overcome my panic attacks and manage my anxiety. Any staff I have spoken to have been kind and accommodating. I would recommend visiting this practice!

When my son had times when he couldn't handle life, I brought him to Alssaro. I am grateful to have a place to help me and my son to
handle those times. We who have challenging family members need to try and understand what it takes to treat our sometimes not willing family members. My son has been doing well. I am so grateful for all of the mental health support we have received.

My therapist was not helpful and not professional.
I had 2 sessions with her. She barely gave any help or suggestion. All she did was listening. I can understand that it's early in the process, and the therapist needs to know me more. However, it was too much silence and blank staring in the sessions.
The second reason I don't recommend this place was unprofessionalism. My therapist was 15min late and they offered no explanation.
I was waiting in the waiting room 10min before the session, but my therapist didn't show up. I waited a while and asked the front desk lady to check with the therapist

Horrible company to work for ! Staff, managers, and supervisors very unprofessional. They talk behind other employees back , are cliquy , and stay together. They will say anything to cover themselves , and throw you under the bus. No training , feed you to the wolves . Never experience such a company ! Wouldn’t recommend .

JUST THE WORST
It took a week to get this appointment, I was told 6/23/21 @6:30 pm.
I got there with my daughter at 6:30 and was told I have to reschedule because my first session started at 6:20pm. It took me almost an hour to get there on the 95 and according to them I'm 10 min late. Where is the compassion? I came because my daughter needed the help and you turn us back because we were 10 min late. If I am book for a 50min time slot why am I not able to use the last 40mins? Is this how you treat your custumers. I would never recommend anyone to this place. My daughter was looking forward to

Lacking experience and professionalism from customer service, to billing, to clinicians including cancellations. I received about 5-6 calls prior to my appointment because they did not take my insurance and wanted to confirm my acknowledgement of my out of pocket cost. However, the day of my very first appointment , the clinician was running late, in which we didn’t get to see her. We saw a fill in. Worst experience ever, in which we had to rely on his note taking skills and had to pay the same as if we actually saw a therapist. Charged us the full price to see a non therapist and our session

I have been going here for about a year and a half and have made solid, steady progress in my life. The staff and receptionists are always highly professional, helpful, and compassionate. They have many different therapists here so you can find your perfect fit.
