PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE.
My father who is an elderly men lived here for a year. He had to deal with a cockroach infestation, mold and so many other issues that the property never fixed.The manager Jovanna Saavedra is a complete nightmare. She is rude, she does not answer back emails. She will try to upcharge you for property that you did not damage and when you try to have a conversation with her she will either ignore your emails or be condescending over the phone. This is the worst management possible.

Let me first start by saying me and my family are so happy that we have found and Settled in to our new comfy home.
The team was really great and we’re so patient with me and my many questions. They were so attentive and professional.
Looking forward to making arbor oaks my new home for many years to come.

Works orders are placed to get the job done, however, they marked as completed without doing it. Disappointed and frustrating.

I have been living here for about 4 months, there is no enough parking spots, we only have one car and there is someone taking our spot when we get here late most of the time. If you call the company they will do nothing to help you, they will no tow the car or they will, tell you that there is nothing that they can do.
Apartment is not the best, make sure that you review the condition of the unit before you receive it (if you decide to live here, which I absolutely do not recommend you)

On my apartment search, I came across David again and he is just amazing. You guys have a gem and if it wasn't for my move in date being a bit further out, I would lease at either one of these apartments. David is very consistent and great with communication. I'm not from the area, so he made me feel very comfortable.

I have lived in Arbor Oaks since December 2019 and have had no issues! The office staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Amanda! She always has a smile on her face and is willing to go above and beyond for you! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to move!

So far so good. Rent increased 200 which is a little bananas. A lot of children running and biking through neighborhood. I would say the main issue is the entire place could use a good power wash. There are little pieces of trash just everywhere which just show up. But good apartments and maintenance

If only I could give less then a zero. I’m humiliated and disgusted living here. I have put in more then 30 maintenance requests living here in 18 months. The same appliances breaking etc. Cars parked up against the side of the parking lot. Things I read about that I thought wouldn’t concern nor bother me is literally a reality for me. It is terrible. I almost ran over two kids playing football catch over my car while driving in. Again, as I single person I pay $1900/ month. Living in the heart of West Boca, as a single mom, paying $1900/ month in a community that I have nothing in common with

Dont make the same mistake I did. The manager and everyone in the office will be nice to you the first week ONLY! Maintance will complain to you about your request and they never fix anything. If anything is wrong in your apartment, manager and maintenance will blame you for it. Its 3:00AM 6/26/2020 and its 79-80 F in my “CENTRAL AIR APARTMENT” I asked them to fix this issue and they told me i have to deal with it. DONT BOTHER RENTING IN THIS COMMUNITY.

Stay away from this place. New management raised rent 200. I had to negotiate with them to bring my price down to 1625. No parking spot yet, they are trying to enforce parking. Staying in a 2/2 with one assign parking spot and a few guest spot. They are threatening tenants by hiring a tow truck company to start scamming people. There's a few good things about living here. Spacious living area. Well kept Maintnance. My complaint are no parking, my neighbor makes too much noise, especially the one living above. They have lot of people staying in that apartment. the place is overpriced, water bill
