We believe that our experience in association management will result in a long and successful business relationship. Many of our associations have been with us since the beginning. To eliminate any conflicts of business, we do not do any property rentals.
Brook Jones is a seasoned business leader and experienced marketing professional with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communications from Mississippi State University. With over 20 years of real estate, property management, and vacation rental experience, she has worked for industry leaders such as Wyndham Vacation Rentals, Kaiser Realty, and Coldwell Banker.
Your Manager will provide the general administrative and community service management for the Association. The Manager will operate under the direction of the management of Coastline and the Board to ensure proper operational management and maintenance, and to promote a meaningful Board/Resident/Manager relationship.
The Coastline Management Accounting Department handles all Association financial affairs at the direction of the Board of Directors along with the guidance of the Association's tax accountant. Our Accounting Specialists work closely with the Association Managers and the Board Treasurers making sure that all transactions are kept within budget and approved for payment.

We recently bought a condo in Fort Morgan and Coastline is our management company. Everyone there has been extremely friendly in helping us get settled. They always answer the phone and a have an awesome APP for paying dues, making requests, and overall communication. I am very happy to have them keeping an eye on things while I am not there.

Coastline Management was great! We had unfortunate issues with the owner of the specific condo we were staying in however, the pool and landscaping and crew working on the property exteriors daily did such a great job! There was a terrible TRASH/FISH smell in the interior hallways that was horrible for a few days however!
Ashley the property manager was very responsive to forwarding my information onto the owner even though they have yet to contact us. She acted like she cared and professional.

A one star review is five stars to many. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Jonathan is completely uncommunicative. I have to ask for weekly updates concerning my tenet that they placed in my home. She is 5 months behind and I get no information from them. He's done nothing since I signed the contract. I've asked for inspections that've never happened. I've asked for the eviction process to begin multiple times and nothing has begun. This is the worst property management company in existence. Avoid like the plague

Do not waste your time they do nothing but take your money never see anyone on site and if you try to talk to them they cuss you out. Lacks professionalism and a real work ethic.
After doing nothing for you they ask for a 33% raise for the year!! Who gets that in this economy. Plus doesn't even collect all units dues!! Horrible company!!!
