If zero stars were an option I would have chosen zero. My family and I are currently renting a home from this paradise realty. The first night that we lived here a rotten tree fell on my husband's company car. The second day that we lived here we discovered a family of snakes living in the bushes right next to our house. We had to power wash the house cause it looked like it hasn't been done in literally years! We moved into the home June 2020. And hurricane Sally destroyed our living in laundry room. The company did nothing for over 80 days!!!! We paid for tree removal, we had the carpet

My husband and myself have used Exit Realty to buy several homes and to sell my daughters home. Our second agent with Exit Realty, Joshua Geiger has gone so far beyond our expectations as what one could expect from a realtor normally.
Not only has he gone to bat for us with an unethical contractor, which saved us much aggravation and money, but he has actually done work at our current home (which he will soon be listing for us to sell) where picked up a shovel and "dug right in" working right along side of us helping us spread gravel to help complete our project.
