Booked my family’s vacation 6 months in advance, then emailed them 3 months before the vacation date and was told that all was good then 3 DAYS before time to leave was emailed and told that our condo was over booked and They canceled our vacation. This is totally unacceptable they had 6 months to let me know if there was a problem, my family was extremely disappointed I give this company zero stars

Unit was unclean when we arrived... Gobs of dust under furniture and chunks of human hair near the washer and dryer along with stains on the quilt that looked like someone's menstrual blood. Carpets were sticky and gross. I had to request that the unit be cleaned AGAIN (if it was ever cleaned before our arrival at all). Def will not rent from Alabama Beach Realty again. My favorite part was when Robin accused my family of stealing decorative balls from the unit and "trashing" the place because we forgot to hit start on the dishwasher and there was a small amount of sand in the unit from the time
