From the minute I walked In the door they helped me.
Later out everything the could see wrong on my truck and wares me about some hidden things I didn't know. Me my truck back on the road FAST and saved me thousands $$$$ or having the insurance company write my truck off. Wish I had nore time for them to do more of the work for me.

Talked with Guy at L& W and told him my situation. He offered to get my wife's 2013 BMW 328 Coupe (with an M package) right in. He got it done in 4 days. New front bumper and underpanels. It is back together just like it was from the factory. I have had many other repairs done over the past 6 or so years and referred friends, family and coworkers. Don't let the inital apperance of remodling the office scare you. The shop is where the work is performed and is always exceptional.

Terry at L&W is the BOMB.
Three personal visits on different occasions. Extremely stisfied wth the quality of the repairs performed. Have sent at least 4 people I have met casually and 2 close friends for estimates an repairs. One of them has had his BMW Z4 repaired 3 times. (his daughte kept knocking the front Bumper OFF) All of them were equally sastified as I was.

I am about to bring in another one! Parkinng bumper witth rebar sticking out ripped the front bumper off my wifes car as she backed up. OOhHHH NNOOOO. Oh Yes! See you soon, and THANKS ahead of time. 03/28/2014
