How much water your private well system can provide to your home or business is important to know. Chris the Home Inspector can perform a well flow analysis (also known as well pump performance) to measure your wells flow (GPM, also known as a gallons per minute test) and pressure (PSI) over a short period of time.
Water testing is a first line of defense to help ensure if a home buyer or a home owners water quality is safe or potable. Water quality testing as an add on service and we use only accredited laboratories for our certified drinking water analysis. All water samples are taken in a prescribed manner, per the laboratory's guidelines and delivered promptly to the laboratory for analysis.
As a licensed mold assessor, mold identification and causes can be resolved that may pose a threat to health. Mold can release toxic spores into the air, so with tools and training, it can be determined whether or not your building has a mold problem. Mold and spores can be quickly identified whether there's a potential problem and discuss any remediation efforts that may be in order.
What is Radon? Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas formed from the radioactive decay of uranium found in rocks and soil. Radon gas rises freely through loose gravel, cracks and underground fissures finding its way into homes and buildings.

Chris was unbelievable. He arrived early and was so prepared. It was very snowy and this did not stop him from doing his job. Just like the mailman, neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night - - - kept Chris from being the ultimate professional. His report was so thorough and we received it very quickly. I called Chris for a home inspection. He answered almost immediately. We discussed his fees and made an appointment. He arrived earlier than we did doing some preliminary inspections outside. He was knowledgeable about every faucet of his business. He explained what he was seeing and told us in terms we could understand.
Chris was professional, timely and his fees were industry standard reasonable. We had the report in our hands just a couple of days later.

On Oct. 4, I had the pleasure of meeting Chris. He was referred to me by my realtor Jannice Sherwin, who is also absolutely amazing. He came out in the rain and did such a through job of doing a home inspection of a property that my son and I are purchasing. Chris was so pleasant and thought it was great that we were purchasing a two family home to be used for the family and not for a profit.
