He did a full inspection of a house I'm buying. They check everything, the foundation, crawlspace, attic, water and anything else you need. I didn't understand a few things and he was really helpful in going over things and explaining them to me. He was great and patient and I thought he was really thorough.
This foundation was bowed 2.5 inches. Adding steel beams, I forced the wall square and the following year reinforced the block by drilling into the core, adding re rod, and filling the core with concrete. Russell was very professional, thorough, reasonable and highly skilled. I'm very glad that I had an inspection done prior to buying my home. There we're problems that I was able to have fixed prior to making the purchase.
Russell was happy to take time to discuss his report. Later, I called him with a question about the plumbing. He asked me to send a picture so he could better help me. I didn't send the photo and a few days later he called back to follow-up. Wow, what excellent service.
