Chuck has been a structural inspector for more than 51 years. Although no longer affiliated, by his own choice, he was a charter/founding member, certificate #42, of The American Society of Home Inspectors, and is currently a member of Internachi. He has received extensive architectural training throughout his career.

Charles installed a radon mitigation system in our home which lowered the levels of radon within acceptable range. We had reached out to other companies and they made the process so much more complicated than Charles due to the fact that we have a finished basement. His price was very reasonable and he stood by his work, promising that he would get the levels down. He had to order a new fan when the levels did not come down initially, at no additional cost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
