I grow up here(15 years) best years of my life it was a great place until this new manager came in feels like he’s kicking everybody out and just bring it in his people. I don’t Live there anymore but I still got a family that still live there , definitely not safe almost every night there’s a break in, in a garage or Someone car was broken in to... The maintenance guy they have on site doesn’t really fix anything most of the time he’s just driving around on your golf cart the manager really friendly guy but she needs to step it up to have this place how it was before....

Lived for 5+ years the manager is a dictator and the owner just always finds a away to increase payments for garage, rent and gates. There are homeless people that live in laundry mats, and pooped on my car windshield and popped my dad tires, and gangs and drug dealers and people have no respect with loud music and barking dogs 24/7. kids are loud and make trouble. The gates are broken and they always fix them and break because you have to pay for a key and often gates break so you have to keep buying a new key so that is how they make money and rent goes up by $120 every year. maintenance are

Continental Garden Aparment in Stanton is the worst aparment that i have ever known, It is dirty, have a lot of mice, not safe. You will have several broken car window if you stay there in a year. Specially the manager there is a horrible manager that I have ever known. He has applied the communism way in America.LOL.
I had observed how rude he talked to the old people who were living there and couldn't speek English, just vietnamese. Feel so bad for those people and embarrass for the rude guy.
