Anaheim Cottages

Wow highly recommend to start off. I come and visit my friend that lives here very often and I happen to come by one of the times and they had a residential party with food supplied by the apartments management. Everyone there was supper friendly and had a gd time. My friend has been living here for 5 years and I keep asking him to let me know when an apartment is empty for me to rent out..

It’s a nice quiet place to live. Anna Mari the property manager is a very competent And likable individual. Anna Mari responds very quickly to any issues that may arise around the property from my personal experience. The grounds are well-kept and Mark and others do a great job. We work together to help create a A place to raise a family!

Incompetent , and they never let you know when they will be coming into your apartments. Always hear the manager yelling and cursing . They fix everything but the inside of the apartments I guess as long as it looks "good" on the outside, they dont care how ugly everything is inside . Im sure they will delete my review .

Great staff and customer service, toured with manager and went over all the detailed information. Looking forward to seeing the actual home to lease. Close to my work and shopping needs.

The manager Ana Has always been willing to work with us and is always helpful to our needs. Been here two years now and since she got here has always been super friendly and real.

The place was built in the early 1960s which is nice in a way. It had nice beautiful mature trees that gave it shade and kind of covered it's ugly architecture but the trees have all been cut down. Of course the utility bill skyrocketed the garages are cramped easily broken into which happens quite often teenagers are often seen in the parking lot dealing and using drugs and the place has its own resident helicopter which never seems to have another place to go. The rent is about 4 times actual value you pay the Anaheim utilities and you pay for utilities to Anaheim cottages as well making it one

Bad neighborhood. I saw an add on craigslist for a 2 bedroom cottage for lease for 1600. When my husband and i drove down there, there were thugs about 9 of them sitting out front so we drove off. 2 days later, at that point we were just eager to find a place so i went back and actually went inside the office. When i get to the office the lady was very nice and told me the rent was 1670? But the website stated 1600 she told me that was an old list but when i went online again it was posted 72 hours upon arrival. To much and to ghetto for that price. I will never rent from there they'll probably
