I had been recommended to Sparky from a client. Sparky answered all my questions via phone prior to my trip down. Then, at arrival Sparky was there to greet me ASAP with a smile and able to get me exactly what I needed within my budget.

I gotta tell you that I am shocked having gone in to give a rave review to find that there are several people that have had a poor experience with Sparky.

I found that he offered great service at a fair price. I had shopped around at other shops and found that he was quite affordable as compared to others.

After dropping off the desktop I received a text shortly after detailing what it was that was going to be done and then received another text the following day that the service had been completed. Don't know that you can ask for better communication.

When I picked the computer up

Today, I dropped my work laptop! I immediately panicked and called Sparky for help. He immediately got me in and work on my laptop, he tried his best to save my hard drive, it dropped it hard. :( He did get me the new parts and repaired everything on the spot. Now my laptop is actually faster and better than before. He was super helpful, he was straight forwarded didn’t try to over sell me gave me my options and educated me on what everything meant. Then I was able to make the best choice for myself. I highly recommend Recovering Computer by Sparky! I will for sure be returning again.

I have had the best experiences at this store. After the Apple store tried to rip me off and charge $750 to replace my keyboard, falsely claiming I had spilled liquid on it, the owner was able to correctly diagnose the problem which was just a small $13 part that needed to be replaced! Yesterday I took my laptop in to have two keys replaced and the owner Sparky and tech working there were wonderful. Polite, entertaining and very competent, the tech had the keys replaced in probably close to five minutes. Just charged me the cost of the keys and a minimal labor cost. I won't take my MacBook Pro

Sparky is the best! My computer would not reboot, I took it to Sparky and he knew exactly what was wrong. Apparently Windows 10 operating system has some issues. Sparky was able to get me up and running in less than 24 hours. He also helped me get the software I needed downloaded for my training class , which was very cumbersome and took 30 min. to install. He is an awesome guy!!!!!. If you have any computer issues at all or are having trouble downloading software, whatever your issue is Sparky can fix it!!

Wasted $25 on diagnostic fee to get my developmentally disabled sister's PC fixed after ransomware was put on it by a hacker. I could have fixed the PC myself if I had come to Mesa from the East Coast with my own PC, cd roms and/ or USBs. So I'm not a newbie when it comes to PCs. Sparky tried to pull the wool over my eyes and, when I caught him at it, he backpedaled saying, "No, forget I said that. What we did was this...". Then when I caught him in a lie there, he backpedaled again.

I decided the only thing he might be capable of doing is formatting the HDD and re-installing

I would recommend this place to anyone. My laptop one afternoon completely shutdown on me and started beeping. I took it down to Sparky and he was able to diagnosis my laptop and get it running again in like 10 minutes and I was able to use it for the rest of the weekend. A couple of days later my computer did the same thing and I realized that my laptop was just broken and I could tell that it would be a lot to repair or I would need to get a new one.

i brought in 1 damaged xbox 360 and 1 perfectly working xbox 360. i got back my damaged xbox 360 with a swapped out drive, they stole my working drive and put it in someone elses console and put a broken one in mine!!!! they took apart my working xbox 360 and more than 2 weeks later, no call or update and i gave them 24 hour notice i was going to pickup, showed up to find my xbox 360 in literal pieces!!! not one thing was put together, the only thing that they have back to me from the console that went with the console was the case with the serial number!!!!

Worst experience of my life! I took my computer in to Sparky's and told them that it was running slow, could they make it run faster. Sparky's took everything off my computer and moved everything to one file on a backup hard drive without asking me or telling me. They uninstalled all my programs, including Outlook and Quickbooks. This was a huge nightmare since I run my business on Quickbooks. When I called to asked how to reinstall or get the info back to my computer they were rude and wouldn't help me. Wow! What a great place. I tool my laptop in for a virus removal computer repair and it only cost me $80!! Sparky and James were super helpful and explained everything in a manner that I could actually understand. I am so glad I found this place, they are my new computer guys.

Sparky fixed my 3 year old dell and did an amazing job! My 4 year old managed to download an FBI virus which locked me out of my computer. Sparky had the laptop for a little over a day and had everything in perfect working order.
