This property is terribly managed. I had a massive hole in my ceiling for over a year and could not get Management or maintenance to respond to requests. I had concrete falling thru the ceiling. When it rains my apt on the 2nd floor had water coming in. Called maintenance and was told there was nothing they could do because it was raining hard. Management is abysmal. Stephanie Cozad is extremely rude. She gives free parking to some tenants and refused spots in the garage to others. Absolutely the WORST management in Des Moines.
