Your Reliant Processing Center, Inc. team brings many years of mortgage industry experience to your service as well as a strong background in customer service. As the President and Processing Manager of the company, Deborah Bates-Cole oversees the day-to-day activities of the processing center. She brings 25+ years experience in the mortgage industry to the company.
Processing Fees include one (1) submission and includes one (1) borrower or two (2) married borrowers. Any charges to Reliant Processing Center, Inc. for borrower verifications, etc, including non toll-free telephone charges and service fees i.e. The Work Number, "1-900" telephone charges for VOD's, etc.
You will reduce your overhead by eliminating salaries, benefits, sick time, vacation time, worker's comp, etc. Selecting the lender, loan program, running a credit report (tri-merge), and locking the rate. Collecting the supporting documentation from the borrower and forwarding it to us along with the loan package.
