I went in to have a simple manicure and polish change. Tried to up sell services. Didn't talk to me at all while I was there. Paint style I requested was a French-style with white tips. Didn't paint the pink portion of the nail with a dark pink to cover flaws. Then when I went to pay for the services the price went from $30 dollars to $37 after the worker chatting in a different language and still wouldn't talk to me. I'm never going there again. I should have taken note of the location of the building and the crappy surrounding and went some where else.

They are amazing!! Talented, professional, quick, thoughtful 💞 I showed them a photo of how I'd like my nails and they did it perfectly!!! I was having the worst day and stopped in for a pick me up - definitely left with a huge smile on my face

Shaina is phenomenal. she has been doing my nails for a couple of years now and i can go 4-5 weeks between fills and my nails do not lift nor break. i always have 2-3 different colors and she never complains. I did ask for glitter on the baby blue nail, which i think she forgot about, but overall once again amazing service and in record time. i can be in and out within 30 mins.

My nails are beautiful, but I'll never come back because they charged me $1.50 to use my debit card and never told me! They also charged me $5 to take my acrylic nails off when I was getting new nails put on. I think that's a little cheap, but If that's their policy then fine...she should have told me first though. I don't like extra hidden fees.

Unfortunately I have to give this nail salon a 1 star as this is my second visit and I am extremely unsatisfied! The first time I came here I thought the prices were a bit high for the appeal of the salon. The place looks outdated and lackluster but the prices are straight out of a Hollywood High end salon! I went in yesterday for an eyebrow wax and tint & a basic (no gel, nothing fancy pedicure) & walked out paying $65 dollars!!! Im still confused as why I was charged SO MUCH when my eyebrows already look faded (1 day later) and I have patches of blond on both brows! The woman did not

My worst pedicure ever, they changed ownership, first time was great, second time, i was so embarressed to even be getting my toes done, he acted like he hated his job and hated gluing my feet, which i would hate the job too, but he chose it. I would like to come back but not if i get that nail tech.

My daughter took me here. I don't usually get my nails done so this was a new experience for me. I decided to get a manicure. The woman who did my nails was very unfriendly and was was pushy and rude. She didn't seem interested in anything, and continued to talk in her language while being very rough with my hands. I felt very uncomfortable. My daughter seemed to have an okay experience with the man who was doing hers. But we wouldn't go back. It was also their "grand opening" we were told, but the customer service was horrible and the prices were too high for such poor
