I’ve lived here for 2 years now (2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom) I’m sad to go because I absolutely love my apartment and the location. This was a very spacious and peaceful place to live. I’d give it 4 stars because the leasing office isn’t the best at all......They never answer the phone and will ignore emails. That’s the only problem I had.

Pictures of exterior and interior of apartments are beautiful but the exterior is complete catfish 😩 I went to go visit the property to get a feel of the neighborhood and area and was highly let down. Lighthouse hill has two sides. If your coming off the expressway coming in the one side (left side) looks like townhomes and apartments and the exterior reminds me of the projects; broken down home entrance doors and vandalized property. The other side (right side) with just the apartments, seems more peaceful. I spoke with the property manager who was nice and helpful but it took me 3 days to

Do not come here!! They do not maintenance their units! Myself and some neighbors haven't had heat all winter because they refuse to update anything. Their property manager Sheena Davis is a liar, and they forged a court document to try and get some people kicked out! They're about to be involved in a class-action lawsuit for all their code violations. Odin Properties are crooks, slumlords, and do not care about their victims-I mean tenants.
Oh, and the old maintenance guy is a thief. They will go in your place and try to pick your things, and have committed the federal offense of stealing mail

I lived there for 2 yrs and the one time I was 2 weeks late with my rent and Sheena the apartment manager sent me a letter of eviction or pay the rent and I did. When I gave my notice to not renew my lease, Sheena did not put it in my file. I followed up with Paul and Sheena did note in the computer, so I filed it with Paul. When I moved, I cleaned everything out and gave a lot of property to their maintenance employee Chris. I did not get my deposit back and Sheena claimed that the couch was still there even though Chris assured me he would take care of the couch. Lighthouse Hill Apt kept my entire

I want to know what is management doing in regards to:
-the vehicle break ins
-the air conditioning that is not working properly
-the service requests that are not addressed at all
-the emails that are never responded to
-the phone calls that are never answered
-the extermination that took place (Lighthouse Hill) but no notes were left as to exactly what was done in the apartment and the tag was from a sister community (Edgely Estates) instead of our actual maintenance team.
Seems to be a lack of communication between management and tenants after they get you in and take your money. As a

Decent location. A bit of concern in regards to the neighborhood since the police seem to constantly patrol all the time. Also, after going into one of the "renovated apartments" my friend moved into...the caulking still needed to be done to the tub and toilet, screws were still left in the window sill, my friend was never provided with an actual move in checklist to make sure all the needed items could be addressed in a timely fashion after moving in.
They could use some upgrades as far as adding bolt locks to all the resident doors for added security or alarm systems and also a better intercom

It's 84 degrees outside and 83 inside... the air conditioner has been on since yesterday with no cold air coming out at all and it's on the coldest setting. Again emails and calls were made to maintenance and the call gets transferred to a sister community and the call is never answered after being "on hold for the next available representative". If I was elderly or had a child with a sever health condition this would have been a very bad situation. However I'm sure this won't effect my asthma much at all...

Applied before Christmas and Paul had an answer back to me this week! I was very pleased with the location and presentation of the grounds. Very clean, modern and staff was pleasant. I loved both units I saw, a 2bdrm apt. and 2 bdrm townhouse. W/D in unit is a big plus for me. Could see my family enjoying ourselves in this community. Location right off 495/ I-95. One of the nicer places in and around Wilmington that is reasonably priced. Nice job Lighthouse Hill!
