After trying several places around town over the past few years we’re happy to make this our home for the last couple years. Thrilled to be away from the campus & city noise, congestion and delays. Love the basketball court, fitness center and walking paths around the community. Great access to local amenities and easy access to M-14 & I-94. We haven’t experienced any high bills or bad insulation, in fact we’ve had an incredible experience. Always happy to visit the office staff and maintenance is always friendly. I know there have been some challenges with Covid-19, but who isn’t dealing

Not worth the money. Plain and simple. First of all they charge way too much for pest and garbage. On top of that the utility bills are extremely high due to the poor construction of the buildings. The appliances were very old and barely worked. They also charge an incredible amount for water and try to bill you for everything they can. I paid an $800 security deposit and I am only getting $580 back due to a $100 water bill and $120 “move out inspection fee”. You have to be kidding me. This place is rip off! Do not live here! The car ports are very ugly and there is mold all over the buildings

Arbor Landings Apartments is a great place to call home. The staff is super accommodating and willing to help when needed. As with all housing there are certain things that could be improved, but the negative aspects are certainly manageable. For example, with an exterior furnace, it can get a bit chilly in the adjacent bedroom if the wind is coming from the wrong direction in winter. One great perk is the lack of people using the gym in the mornings, its like having a private gym.

Lived here for a year..summer was an absolute torture. The apartments have absolutely no insulation. Poorly constructed. For a small upstairs apartment space my electric bill was always above 300$ in summers with the apartment never cooling to below 80 degrees no matter how low the thermostat set at. Outside was better than inside. In my last days it felt as if instead of cooling the AC was actually heating the apartment. Turned out I was right. Spend my entire last year complaining about the AC and the electric bill. Nothing was done. Living here in summer was a beyond torturous experience. Save

You should be competent enough to ensure that you have the correct number to reach you listed on your Google business page at all times - Especially if you are trying to position yourself as a luxury priced apartment complex. If you can't take care of minor details like this, how else might you be falling short for your paying customers?

Nice condo equipped with multiple facilities. Basketball court, tennis court, and what I love the most is the swimming pool. Something that should be renewed is the exterior of the buildings. It is made of plastic and looks so old and nasty. Should be cleaned once in a while. Overall is a good complex

I have never been so dissatisfied with living conditions since my deployment to Afghanistan. The staff was terribly rude and would not help with anything especially maintenance. We had a drip that started coming from our ceiling and we called the office. after a few days of collecting water in a bucket they finally sent a maint guy. Long story short is they tore a hole in the ceiling about 2 feet in diameter and fixed a pipe. A few days later they had a guy patch the hole and had a huge blower fan that was supposed to stay on all day. It was loud and ended up costing us on our electrical bill.

Really great neighborhood, quick maintenance repairs, feel at home here. Only drawback is rent increases incrementally month to month. Will review once we move out. We've kept the apartment in top notch condition so I'll review post move to speak on security deposit as it's been mentioned by other users.
