If I could give it a 0 I would. No respect for the Tennant's . The buildings are infested with roaches and they refuse to do anything about it. They make excuses for fixing because "they don't know how to do it with everything else going on" there's no security here. Tires have been stolen off of multiple cars and I've only been here since November. DONT EVER come here!

I am finally done with my contract with these apartments. DO NOT ever move here. Worst service ever. Mrs. Coney the manager is so rude and disrespectful to the residents and also her employees. My contract ended on 06/30/2019 & i was moved out by 06/27/2019. I even have proof, pictures with the date & everything stating that i was moved out. I even gave my 30 day notice to one of her employees that lost the letter. So it never got to Mrs. Coney & so she stated and wrote down that i never gave my notice. The office personally are very unprofessional. Went with my daughter to check on renting a apartment. There was one that was having some work done on it but was not available at that time. The two ladies that were in the office, acted like they did not want to help my daughter. Did not even offer a application just that the apartment should be ready by Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. My daughter said that was fine. We went to leave, my daughter went back in to see if there was anything we could do so the apartment would not be rented out before she had a chance to see it to see if it

If you have kids and want to enjoy them playing outside. Then this is not the place for you! They do not allow kids to play with balls, scooters, bikes ext. You will also get complains if you allow your children to play during the day time and laugh loud or yell in excitement. This place makes you feel welcomed at first but you will start to see that this is not a kid friendly place. Also the pool is never open. So not worth living in!!

Definitely, love these apartments! Every time I have an issue its ALWAYS resolved within 15 minutes! Connie the manager is the sweetest! She definitely took care of us the whole year we were here.Especially, Joel the maintenance guy he is SUPER awesome! Every time I have a problem he is always there for us! Hands down best service I have ever got in any apartment I have stayed at! Thank you Connie and Joel for everything!

Terrible. Rude management, her name is Connie. And that's extremely fitting for her 'cons'. Very openly rude and ugly to tenants. I recall once a tenant walked out of the office and she immediately began bashing them and revealing personal information of their finances. Never replaced our fence to our back patio, which protects our sliding glass door to the bedroom. Never replaced broken garbage disposal which leaked and left a horrid smell. Never replaced vertical blinds that have broken at the top (normal wear and tear). Tried to over charge me (400$) for our pet deposit after telling us it was
