Beware the $250, not covered by insurance, "new patient" exam and x-ray fee. Had I been told upfront, I could have weighed whether the expense was worthwhile. But these costs weren't discussed during my initial call (when I was reassured my insurance was accepted), or when I sent the new patient paperwork, or while sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Instead, it was well into my first visit--once I'd met the doctor and changed into a gown for x-rays--that I was told there were expensive out-of-pocket fees that insurance usually doesn't cover. In my history of care, this is a first. I left

Kendall and Yasamin are so sweet when you first arrive to Dr. Hayes office and make the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Dr. Hayes is so extremely thorough and listened so closely to every issue that I am experiencing while offering many different resources to give aid to my pain. I cannot wait to continue to receive care from Dr. Hayes and the entire staff at Hayes Chiropractic! I highly recommend her services!

I was nervous going in, because my back had been hurting for a really long time. Everyone was so kind, however, and Dr. Hays has been a Godsend! My husband has even been seeing her, and between the two of us, I think I can say we are super grateful for Dr. Hays and her crew!
Dr. Hays is super gentle, so is especially good for someone who is nervous about seeing a chiropractor. She's soft spoken, but knows her stuff, and doesn't shy away from spending a little extra time making sure her clients get what they need from her.
I highly recommend Dr. Hays!!

I have been going to Dr. Hays for around five years now. She has helped me with back issues, pinched nerve in the shoulder, neck issues, as well as sinus issues. She always does a great job of listening to my ailments and adjusts me accordingly. She has been a life saver! If you are in need of chiropractic look no further! Her chiropractic assistants are always welcoming and friendly, and know everyone by name.

I have problems with my lower back and sinus cavities. When Dr. Hays adjusts my back and neck I feel relief. The message therapy bed are wonderful! I have never experienced acupuncture until seeing Dr. Hays, I would highly recommend this treatment.
Dr. Hays and her office staff, Kendall and Tamara are always very friendly and welcoming. They make me feel like family and treat me with such professionalism.
