Living nearly two hours away we initially went to The Diamond Center because they carried the Jeff Cooper line. We called ahead to assure they had certain ones in stock and Chloe had one or two of them sent from the Janesville store before our appointment. After seeing them in person I knew these were not for me. While there I decided to look around and found a different ring I loved, but wanted a tweek to it to make it perfect. This started our customization process brett and Chloe listened to my concerns of what I didn't want, combined with Tricia's input, to make my vision into my ideal ring

My fiancé and I worked with Nate Sims and Chloe Higgs (both at the Madison location) when picking out our engagement ring/wedding bands - they were both FANTASTIC! They were easy to talk to and work with. We never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing something we didn't want. They were very patient with us and explained everything very well. They made the experience very easy and they made sure we loved what we bought. We HIGHLY recommend The Diamond Center! Very professional and friendly.

Originally went to the Diamond Center just to look around at some engagement rings and ended up purchasing a beautiful ring that my fiancé loves. Nate Sims was fantastic and took the time to show us every option and style that they had, while educating us about the process every step of the way. We stopped at a few other stores as well, but no one made us feel as comfortable as Nate. We later returned for both of our wedding bands- and they turned out fantastic as well. I would highly recommend the Diamond Center to anyone that I know.

I had a very positive experience buying an engagement ring at the Diamond Center and will be returning for the wedding rings. I had no experience buying diamonds before, but the friendly and knowledgeable sales people, especially Brett Linskens, did a great job of guiding me through the process. I never felt like I was being pushed towards the more expensive option, they really are there to help you figure out exactly what you want.
I will certainly go back for any future jewelry needs and would recommend the Diamond Center to anyone!

I will have to say this is my first review and I couldn’t be more excited to share my experience with the Diamond Center in Madison. Just walking in the store I felt very welcomed, Nate personally worked very hard to help me to find exactly what engagement ring I was looking for even texting me outside of work to help, which was above and beyond. I decided to customize a ring and Tricia helped me every step of the way and was very patient with me after making two different designs. The diamond center had made the perfect ring for my now wife and I couldn’t be any more happier with my experience

Fantastic service by Nate and all others at the store. We came in because my 8yo son found some stones which he was dying to know if they were real. I called and they were so kind on the phone and willing to indulge in my sons request.
When we arrived Nate was so patient and took the time to show my son why the stones were not real and then showed him what real diamonds look like. My son left sad about his stones but so happy with the experience. They won my business with their fantastic service! Highly recommend, beautiful options and excellent prices.

Nate Sims, Operations Manager, was so helpful during the search for my wedding band. Nate was so welcoming every time we went into the Diamond Center, answered all of the many questions I had, checked in with me, and was even able to get a few bands in from their other store for me to see in just a day.
