Dr. Werner and his entire staff are without a doubt the best dental team I have ever experienced. Since the pandemic I have had my teeth cleaned and they have made the experience very safe and provided protocols that alleviate the fear of coming to my appointments. My hygienist, Thuy has always and even more so made me feel safe when cleaning my teeth. I fully trust her when cleaning my teeth. Sadly I have moved back home to Rocklin and I fully intend on driving the 2.5hrs as it is important to me that I have found this outstanding Dentist and Hygienist to help me maintain my teeth and well being

Very disappointed with the office staff of Dr. Werner. The office acquired all of the records from my dentist who retired, which should have included my invisigline records. I called the office 3 times but never got a response. On my 4th try, I was able to get a call back but they stated they did not have my records, even though I was last seen less than 2 years ago. They were of no help in helping me to obtain my invisigline records or in helping me get a replacement retainer. Now I don't have a dentist to help me navigate post invisigline treatment.

Over the years I have found a need for only using professional services that are personally recommended to me through people I trust. Too many professionals providing less than honest or competent services that can impact you in many ways. Dr Erich Werner was recommended to me by my previous dentist as he was retiring; a man who I trusted implicitly, and his services were nothing less than top notch.
