I switched to this vet because they are very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments same day or same week. My last vet could not get my dog in when she was sick for weeks out, which wasn't always doable when you have a sick animal. It seems like they care and do what they can to get you in right away if needed at this vet. It's worth driving the extra couple miles to go to this one! Also, their pricing is pretty reasonable here, too.

The entire staff is wonderful and caring. We have 4 cats and a dog so we are there at least a couple times a year and they have always been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They are equally great at dealing with cats and dogs and all the animals enjoy their visits because they are given lots of love and attention by the staff.

Doctor Lynn, you are the actual reason I decided to continue giving Blue cross my business. My last visit didn’t feel very ‘ warm or welcomed ‘ but after today and the amazing care and service Doctor Lynn provided, I can now say that I feel good about bringing my animals here which I love so much. My fiancé I left the vet last week saying, “I can’t believe taking Bernie (our cat) to the a vet is such a positive experience”. It’s literally a fond memory we have. We take pictures and leave smiling, and even if we ever get less than good news at the vet, we leave feeling better because we know that he’s going to be taken care of in the best way possible. I have been bringing my cat here for about 7 years and have never had a bad experience. I am always given a detailed breakdown of the cost before any tests/procedures are done. My cat was sick earlier this week and they were able to get her in within 2 hours. The front desk staff and techs are also great. Always friendly and always provides a follow up call to check in.

This isn't regular vet but I always go here when I can't get into my vets. I would highly recommend them! Dr. Wendy Lynn & Tejinder Sharma are awesome veterinarians! Today I saw Dr. Lynn. I was very impressed with her knowledge. I took my kitty, Lucy, in because she had a sore on the side of her mouth. The doctor explained it was either an allergy thing or an Ulcer. So they treated her for both and will be checking up on her in a few days. It's so nice to have them contact me to check and see how she's doing. It means they actually care about your animals. I'm very happy with this Veterinarian office. They truly care about animals. I orginally came to this office when my normal vet office was closed and my greyhound with cancer took a turn for the worse on a Saturday. Every place I called was closed or closing for the day and they couldn't help me. Blue Cross AH was closed but they answered and told me theyd stay and wait for us. We got there and Dr. Sharma allowed us time to settle him in the room and say our goodbyes. No one rushed us even though it was well past closing and we weren't even clients there. My cat had a leg injury and Blue Cross Animal Hospital was the only place I could get an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Dr. Gonzalez and his team got my cat checked and taken care of within an hour. He made sure to explain every detail of our visit, meds and follow ups. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. As our first vet experience I am very pleased and will keep coming back to receive the proper care my cat needs.

Dr. Sharma and all the staff at Blue Cross are always so kind and helpful. I am a new dog owner and they have been seeing my pup since we brought her home. I went to this office for 2 years. Although it was ok, I was never thrilled with the service. But during July and August my 2 year old dog had a lot of digestive issues. I spent about $800 in 2 months on office visits, medications and tests. Nothing came out of it. And my dog was not getting better. It was never once mentioned to me that I should try a different food (which I eventually did on my own). Ever since doing that she has been fine. My kitten developed a bad sneeze overnight, I called Blue Cross in the morning, and they were able to see him that evening. Grateful for that, as the vet I use for my other pets is generally booked. Good experience. The thing that prevents me from giving 4 or 5 stars is that they didn't administer the antibiotic when they took his blood and gave him a dose of dewormer at the clinic. Instead I had to administer it when I got home ... further disturbing an already traumatized cat.

I took my cat here due to severe and persistent sneezing and mucus build up.
3 hours after I left the vet, my cat is dead.
In my state of shock and loss, I called the vet to give them the news. I spoke with Dr. Lynn and in between consoling me and negating blame, she told me she would refund me the lab work that hasn't been processed yet. Cool, thanks.
Maybe another professional doctor/vet would have known better that my cat would be too weak from sedative ( for purpose of taking x rays ) to fight a build up of mucus later.
This vet bill won't fill the void in my heart. Gamble

Dr. Sharma is kind, patient, and he loves animals. When we've taken our cat in, he's been very compassionate, but also straightforward. He makes medical situations easy to understand. We're dealing with potential end of life care, and he relayed his own recent experience with a dog of his own.

Thank you for being honest and so compassionate on one of the worst days of my life. My 13 year old Siamese suddenly fell very ill and they squeezed me in the next morning. I felt nothing but love, experience and compassion from all I interacted with while I was there. RUN AWAY. I have been taking my cat here for about a year now with minimal problems (other than high price tags). Today I called to make an appointment for my cat to get 3 teeth pulled as advised (after they pulled 9 just a year ago *rolls eyes*) and had the most bizarre, rude, downright terrible experience.

So, it's Christmas Eve and our cat is having some constipation issues. It got to the point where we were really really worried, so I called Blue Cross (I've always heard good things) and they were able to get us an appointment within the hour. They are the best ! When I have an emergency and I call they always say to just bring my dogs over . Dr.sharma is awesome ; it's obvious he's a veterinarian because he loves animals. He takes time to explain treatments and he is a very caring person . I would recommend anyone looking for a vet to come here . The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I take all 3 of my dogs here and they actually like going .

This place is awful! The desk staff took 17 minutes to even greet me. Then they spent approximately 30 seconds with my dog before coming back with a $217 quote for a $30 procedure. The vet was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive to me....he got so close to my face that I actually thought he was going to HIT ME when I questioned the obnoxious costs and unnecessary treatments of my tiny dog. He even had the audacity to comment on my baby's care because I questioned him. He had zero alternatives then bad mouthed the Humane Society.
