Services
Grooming is an important part of your pet's health, with regular brushing and combing helping to remove dead hair and dirt and prevent matting. Dogs who are regularly groomed tend to have a healthier and shinier coat because it stimulates the blood supply to the skin. Grooming your dog can also be a good way to bond with your dog, and it's important to get him used to it from an early age.

The veterinarian and her staff saved our sweet little Bambis life!! We were in the process of adopting her and she started having life threatening issues. My girlfriend and I took Bambi here multiple times because new things kept coming up.
By the grace of God and the relentless efforts of this amazing animal hospital she is in great health! Bambi went from near death to so full of life! We owe it all to God, Luv n Care and Animal House of South East Michigan!

I took my cat here to get groomed. The groomer accidently sliced part of his ear off. They "used fire to stop the bleeding" I found out later that day at home. I called and asked if my cat should get an antibiotic to prevent an infection. After giving it to him, he began
to foam at the mouth. If my cat hadn't cried at home when he was scratching behind his ear, I would never have found out. I need an honest conversation as animals cannot speak. I never returned.

Choose another vet. Don't think twice CHOOSE ANOTHER VET. This review is based on 3 visits I've had at this place and I will never go to them again. The vet here is completely clueless and socially awkward. She doesn't know how to communicate with people. they are more worried about billing and overcharging you than communicating with their patients.

I took my 14 year old cat who has never had any difficulties with vets in the past to this place. She had to get follow up bloodwork done after an emergency visit elsewhere (to which they did not have to sedate her and said she was a good cat). The walls were a bit thin and perhaps that was what made her scared and nervous, as she could hear the dogs whining and crying in the other rooms. Nevertheless, when the vet said they would have to keep my cat for two hours as he couldn't feel that her bladder had any liquid, I did not think much of it. It wasn't until the vet tech carried her out the room

We took our dog "Little Bear" to Luv and Care for a wellness check and possible ear infection. It was a great check up. They were quick and we were in and out in thirty minutes. More importantly, they were very thorough and gentle with LB! Thanks from LB our big boy!

I have a puppy but I also have an allergy to cats so I try to schedule my appointments during the work day when the vet will not be as busy.
For my puppy’s previous set of shots they kept me waiting so long I was breaking out in hives when I left. The total visit was around 35 minutes from check in to check out. This is a lot for shots and a physical that lasts less than 5 minutes but I do like the doctors here.
My puppy’s last shots they kept me waiting for over an hour. I went to the desk 20 minutes in just in case they forgot about me. No apology. No excuse. Apparently they think it’s

First off took forever to get into a room and then even longer for them to get into the room. None of the workers wearing masks. Unfriendly staff. The vet spent no time with us. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My dog was up to date on her rabies vaccine as stated in the paperwork they asked for. The vet came in and already had the rabies shot drawn before even asking if my dog was up to date on it. We said hold on one moment and went to go look at her paper work. The vet then stated “no she needs it” and proceeded to give my dog the vaccine before we could say anything. Worst place

The doctor is very good. She gave me all the odds in my dogs surgery. The surgery went well and the after care excellent. The price was very reasonable. I am thankful for her taking such good care of my dog.

I had a great experience at Luv and Care Animal Hospital.
The front desk ladies were accommodating, kind, and very efficient. The prices are very reasonable.
Dr. Seferi was great with my shy dog.
I was 100% happy with the care my dog in pain received at Luv and Care.
I went in a bundle of nerves with my dog in pain.
Thank You Dr. Seferi, and everyone at Luv and Care.
I won't go anywhere else with my three dogs.

Great vet! My westie/yorkie ate the wrong thing and got very sick (vomiting, diarrhea, no appetite, dehydration). After five days of this I took him to Luv n Care and got some prescription food (which he immediately gobbled up) and some meds. The next day he was perfect. And the bill was very reasonable. Two paws up!

I have had the best experience with this vet and staff. I use to take my canine family to a vet in Bloomfield. They did boarding and vet care. I always had a problem even flea infestation. This vet is great . I have been going here a year. The care the grooming and the boarding are excellent. I have an older Schnauzer. She needed major dental. She was well cared for and she actually enjoys going there. The staff is great , the doctor is very caring.

If I could give it no stars I would.
Taking my baby to this place will always be a regret of mine. I took my cat here exactly 18 days ago on 04/04 . See my cat ; Stubs was born missing a back foot. For the most part he did well with only having three feet , he was not allowed outside. He was already a year and 9 months when he fell off the stairs from my home and really messed up his leg (with the missing foot) It was swollen and bleeding. So I brought him to luv n care hospital (this was my first time here) . The veterinarian dr.cozy told me amputation was recommended, the leg was infected. So

Dr. Cosette, otherwise known as Dr.Cozy, is exactly what her name would describe. She ensures families that their pet is in good hands with her calm, warm demeanor. My family and I have fostered many dogs and a few cats, and have invited plenty more into our own family. We had a cat named Shae whom when we adopted her had terminal cancer. Dr.Cozy performed a few emergency surguries on Shae and was incredibly gentle and loving with her. At the end of Shae's life, Dr.Cozy was empathetic and even cried with us. Not only has she been great with our animals, she has been lovely with us. Every time

The vet is kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Our rescue puppies both had spay/neuter procedures, as well as necessary vaccines. The surgery was well done, leaving little to no scarring. The dogs were back to normal the next day and had no issues. The pricing is very reasonable and staff are friendly and helpful.

One of our pups had to have surgery on both of his knees for luxating patella.
We were scared and worried but Dr Cozy was thorough and explained everything to us which was very comforting. The surgery was done well and the healing time was quicker than I had researched.

I can't believe there are any negative reviews here. We have been so lucky to have Luv N Care!! We run a rescue in addition to having our own pet cats and we have brought several to LnC to see Dr Cosette. They always can see us same day or next day, they have long hours, they're ALWAYS friendly and though the Dr seems like she has a quiet demeanor, she knows her stuff and takes her time with you. You never feel rushed. She's extremely caring and compassionate. They're also very affordable. Please don't let a couple of bad reviews keep you from going here. They've literally

Not the best place for animal care. My dog and I were treated like we were less than animals, like we were treated really bad by the staff and the doctor.

Took my dog to Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital for his neutering because it was the clinic the rescue we adopted him from was using, but would give anything to have taken him somewhere else.

Both the veterinarian and the woman working the front desk seemed 100 percent disinterested in the questions I had about my dog's health issues. Not only were they combative with their responses, but did not brief me on the side effects my dog would be experiencing when the anesthesia began to wear off. Instead, I was left watching my dog tremble on my living room floor while searching Google for answers
