If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. When we first moved in we completed a move-in checklist of all the issues with the apartment such as the window screen, broken tile, and electric plug on the… balcony. Each has yet to be fixed and our lease is almost up. Within a year of living here we had our air conditioning unit break 3 times. Each time we put in a work order for anything it has been a two week wait or more. I have had to call down to the office many times and had to be irate for them to even suggest a solution. I have called twice for the most recent air conditioning

This is the worst place for anybody to live. First the Management dosen't protect their tenants and if there is illegal drug activity happening they just blow it off and say they will forward on to the property manager who never does anything about it. Second when you work nights and come home and try to sleep because the same neighbor is rocking… his music and girlfriend so loud it keeps you awake and you send a complaint to management all you hear is I will forward it on to the property Manager but again never hear anything. Then when you have your attorney contact them and they don't

I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP ! The manager is horrible, he doesn't know the first thing about management. The apartments are okay aside from the ancient appliances. Also to expensive for how tiny they are. We've also had uninvited guest (mice) not to mention we live on the top unit and keep a clean apartment. No reason for any mice. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Find a better place to spend your money.

We moved here for work and were living on over 100 acres, so the idea of apartment life certainly did not have high appeal. Surprisingly, however, we can say that we love the property here. Management thoroughly encourages you to make your apartment “your own” from interiors to patio plants. One can walk around and see how people take pride just… by the patios, and along with this comes a sense of friendliness that one doesn’t expect in an apartment setting. It is a quiet neighborhood, we have met several of our neighbors and found them to be sweet enjoyable people. The
