Trin and her team do an amazing job at nails and they pay great attention to detail, always making sure you love your nails and they do every last thing perfectly. I have been going to Trin for years, and followed her to the new location from Noe Valley. It's the best nail place in the city. I recently asked for " Christmas nails " and showed some pictures of ideas I was interested in, and, as always, they did an outstanding job. It's been 2 weeks and my " Dip " manicure is just as bright and smooth as it was the day they did it. Love these ladies!

Wasn't expecting anyone to open today so I was really happy they said they are! Even happier now after my manicure, especially after the experience in Hawaii. My nails before Wendy attended to them were just beyond horrible, she is patient, meticulous and yet fast!! Would definitely come back to this local gem!

Friendly, professional and thorough. I went in with a dip manicure from another salon which turned out to have a combination of dip and acrylic. It took about two hours to fix my nails and the owner Trin patiently took care of me. She fixed the problem and used powder only. My nails look great and I'm very satisfied. It's only 1 block from my home too, a hidden gem. I do think it's expensive compared to other salons however I'm going to see how long my mani pedi lasts because that always changes my opinion on price.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Every single member of the staff is so sweet and I truly haven't had a bad experience there. A classic mani is done really well and lasts a full week or more. The best nail salon in the area.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I called two hours earlier to book (removal acrylic, new set, and gel pedi) made an appointment and let her know this is for special occasion as I was leaving town. I walk in and the shop is PACKED. Staff was super nice, but I was okay and said "it's okay if you're too busy today I can come back tomorrow" she said no sit down. I sit (no water to soak my feet in.) she brings alcohol bowls and keeps telling me it's cuz I was FIVE MIN LATE PARKING. I sat for over an hour with my nails soaking. She kept leaving. The

Came here with a friend recently for a mani pedi. The owner is so kind! Great service and not much of a wait. Depending on the time of day, you may want to make reservations. Reasonable prices.

I've been to this location twice and each time I've been satisfied with their pedicures! The location is great b/c it's very close to my job & I can go on my lunch break.

My first pedicure was about 45 minutes, It was a very lovely gel pink with glitter pedicure, they did a great job and it lasted me almost 2 weeks. It only cost me $35. I was stoked!

I booked a second appointment a few days ago, there was a little bit of confusion when I arrived and the workers indicated there was no appointments but they were able to still give me an appointment which was a total relief.

I've been here twice now and each time I've received amazing customer service. The women are very kind and generous, offering drinks and chocolate, and making sure you feel pampered. There's a relaxing atmosphere and it doesn't feel rushed. They want to make sure you're happy with your choices and their service. There are also nice massage chairs and pedicure options. I had the aloe vera one today, and recommend it. Easy to find parking, too. And there's a nice coffee shop right next door if you need a pick-me-up.

Found this place randomly while looking for nail salons in the city. Good interface while booking appointments.
I was delayed for my appt by an hour but I had called before hand and asked if it was okay. They were super sweet about it.
I had asked for a detox pedicure and gel manicure. I loved it! Customer care and service was excellent. I had a cut on my foot, as usually nail salons don't care about such things and scrape over it, but the lady who did my pedicure was super gentle about it. The detox pedicure is 10/10 - highly recommend.

The salon is tiny. When I arrived, there were at least 12 people inside. Understandably, nobody there was within 6 feet from each other. One of the guests was not wearing her mask. This is what made me leave the place; The rules on mask-wearing are pretty straightforward. I guess the owner hopes for another lockdown--complete disregard for customers' safety.

I've been to Ziva nail lounge twice now, one for a regular mani/pedi and most recently for a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure. And every time, they make my ogre nails look brand new! All of the employees are super nice and accommodating and their services are affordable. Trinh, the owner is the best! She will offer you drinks and make you feel incredibly relaxed. The store is located in a cute little neighborhood and parking is easy on the weekends.

I Always have a good time coming here. This is our 4th time so far and we will forever continue coming here. My besty and I have made this our ritual to come here every 1-2 weeks. Very small but friendly and professional place. They offer various beverages and have an entire wall head to toe to choose different colors. They have a very easy online booking system and off for many fun pedicures. Even the most basic one, they did an orange scrub with fresh oranges which smelled amazing. They are very low-key and kind.

I've been coming to Ziva for a few months and they are now my favorite shop in the city.

This is the best Mani/pedi in the city. My husband had toenail surgery and needs to get regular pedicures. We've been all over the city looking for the best and this is it! We came in today and they're the nicest, cleanest, most complete and relaxing experience we've had.

They accept walk-ins although you might have to wait outside for your turn - All good, there's a really good coffee shop right next door! Also a bonus - their massage chairs are amazing!

I finally got a chance to visit Ziva after walking by many times. I got a gel mani and pedi. The manicurists were quick and very attentive. It's so great to have such a good nail spot in the neighborhood!

True place is slightly older and could be cleaner.
The location is in a wind tunnel part of SF so when it gets windy lots of dirt gets blown in through the door. Staff is nice though.

Trinh and the ladies at Ziva not only do a great job, but they are simply great people! The ladies at Ziva go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I always leave feeling refreshed and well cared for!
