I had a great experience at High Five and highly recommend it! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the place was so clean and I got one of the most thorough & well-done mani pedis I’ve ever had. They have just the right amount of quality, classic polish options to choose from without being overwhelmed! Online booking and digital payment is easy - you can also tip on your card. I even got a little welcome gift since it was my first time. The perfect neighborhood spot for a mani pedi - will definitely be back!

We rented this place out as part of my bridal shower and had a great time! The ambiance is nice and they let us bring in our own snacks, drinks, and decor. They were easy to communicate with and were able to provide all the services we asked for. They don't do gel, but the regular manicure was high quality and thankfully lasted several weeks :)

- Limited, but quality choice of polish - loved that there were only a few options to choose from and that I wasn't overwhelmed by choice.
- Cleanliness - The space was extremely clean and I could see the team actively cleaning the space while I was there.
- Aesthetic - Loved the "re-imagined" experience. Starting from when I walked in, I loved the feeling of warmth and relaxation with a mix of fun!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Annie has done an incredible job creating the ideal, top end nail salon. The salon itself has such a cute and clean aesthetic, with comfortable furniture and everyone who works there is incredibly kind and accommodating. I booked a mani/pedi and had Raby as my nail technician and she was an absolute gem. She was incredibly thorough and careful when dealing with my nails and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I can't say enough good things about how great this nail salon is! Could not say enough nice things about the ladies of High Five Nails! As a nail biter, I hate getting manicures because I'm so self-conscious. The team at High Five makes me feel super comfortable and at ease.
I loved the friendly service and the fact that I don't have to take an hour deciding which color I want out of 200 color options - like when I go to other salons normally.

Love this joint--really aesthetically pleasing, thoughtful about hygiene, and quick, precise manicures that I can actually work into my regular day, rather than having to put an entire Saturday afternoon aside. Extremely impressed with High Five! The staff is absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond for their guests from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. A true boutique salon with a handpicked polish selection, including seasonal favorites. They are clean, quick, and very detail oriented- which does not go unnoticed. If you're in the neighborhood I would highly recommend checking them out!

After 9 months of miss Rona, my partner treated me to a birthday mani/pedi at High Five. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of expertise, care, and service we received. The owner and staff are all very invested in providing a safe but luxurious experience to their clients. Everyone was wearing a mask and got their temperature checked, but that did not impinge on the atmosphere in the slightest.
Thank you so much to everyone at High Five for the amazing service. I will definitely be back--this was perhaps the best mani/pedi experience I've ever had. Highly recommended!!!

The addition of High Five to the USF/Panhandle neighborhood has been a game changer for not only my nail health ;) but also the community itself. The salon is well-designed, bright and colorful, and always filled with joy and a smiling (visible pew COVID) team member to welcome you in or just wave as you walk by. Now that they have a cute parklet - i hope it stays forever - for safe, outdoor manicures the intersection of Hayes & Ashbury is always bustling with energy. Such a lovely shop! Super friendly staff, trendy interior, and impeccably clean. They are following excellent COVID-19 precautions (partitions, hand sanitizer at the front and when you sit down, station wipe downs) as well as day-to-day sanitary practices (disposable buffers, files, etc). Color selections were excellent and my technician did a great job. I wish they carried gel but I'm curious to see how long their long last OPI formula stays- plus it comes off with regular remover which is a huge plus. Grateful to have been a part of their essential worker event.

High Five is a fabulous nail place! They gave me my first manicure since the pandemic began, and it was not only a job well done, but a job safely done, too. They have plenty of precautions in place to make sure everyone feels comfortable and all surfaces are cleaned frequently. I loved my experience at High Five! It was so easy to book and pay for my appointment online. The team was ready for me right at my appointment time. The space is well designed and very clean - in terms of COVID precautions I felt very safe. Indoor capacity was very limited and all safety precautions were enforced (more than 6ft between clients, masks, barrier between me and the technician for manicure, fans and door open to facilitate airflow, constant sanitizing the whole time I was there). They are also offering outdoor services! Highly recommend.

The atmosphere of High Five Nails helped ease me into relaxation. Their airy corner in the Panhandle felt sunny and inviting while calm. The branding that was diner-y made me also feel fun and modern. Their technicians were well-trained and detailed and a breeze to chat with but also weren't overly chatty #balance. Also, the OPI polish they use wasn't gel but it still lasted me 10-12 days! Double high fives for High Five.

I love High Five nails! The shop itself is so cute — bright pops of color & lots of plants! They also added an outdoor space for anyone who feels more comfortable outside. I felt so safe & taken care of during my service & Ashley, the woman who did my pedi, did an awesome job. It was the perfect way to end my week!
