My Name is Elliot Wilcox, and I started Wilcox Fitness to help others improve their physical fitness to achieve personal goals. After years as a personal trainer, I steered my career to encompass wellness. The everyday people that I helped didn't need intense exercise routines that consumed all their free time but instead benefited from a well-rounded program including other dimensions of wellness to improve their quality of life.
Virtually connect with Elliot face-to-face using video calls for weekly check-ins and message him at anytime within the Wilcox Fitness app. There you will find your personalized profile with exercises to improve your physical and mental fitness. A weekly check-in will help keep yourself on track with goals and to ensure long-lasting results.
All sessions are to be scheduled in a weekly manner for the indicated price. The packages will ONLY be limited to 12 sessions; which comes out to be close to 1-month of time. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
RETAINER OPTION: if you are a person who has a crazy schedule and have difficulty with consistent weekly hours; there is a 30% increase on the package to allow you to last minute re-schedule those sessions for the same day or another time during the week instead of losing out on that cancelled session and having to paying for another.

Elliot knows his stuff!! He puts together workouts that are tailored to right where you are and what you need. He is great at listening to his clients, helping them identify goals, and determining a challenging but doable plan. I appreciate his responsiveness and thorough explanation of the what, why and how of exercises.

Working with Elliot has been great. Initial sit down he was very thorough with going through my long list of injuries, and goals. He provided me with a great plan of workouts to get my body moving the way it should again. I feel so much better and move more fluidly! I am growing stronger every day and I am grateful for all he has provided me!
