I do most of the work on my own cars. However, I spend several months a year on the North Fork, where I don't have access to my tools or a lift. So I had to find a local mechanic. Willow Hill was recommended to me by several friends in the area.
I've taken my 2000 Range Rover there for both routine maintenance (oil changes etc) and more major repairs when needed. Every time the work was done right the first time, for a very fair price, and with none of the BS that so many shops pull these days trying to upsell or "fix" things that don't need to be fixed. Jim and crew always give me great service, and are honest with me about what work has to be done. This last time I knew he had to do extra work on my SUV, but I didn't know how much. He was very honest with me about what work is going to make my SUV safe. He gave me an estimate, and said that it needed some serious problems, and he repaired the problems, and now I have a problem free SUV. I am so happy that I can drive my car with ease, and know it's going to be around for a while. Thanks again for a job well done.

I love this shop and I am so very grateful for their service. I had a serious issue with my car and had already been charged almost 1,000 from another shop that did not fix the issue. Dan immediately knew what to do. Charged me a fair price and got it done. Since then - a few years ago - I only go to Willow Hill.

I have been servicing my last three cars @ Willow Hill. Jim (the owner) is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional & truly cares about giving quality care to his customers. I have always been extremely happy with his excellent service. I have NEVER taken any of my cars for servicing at the dealerships, ( just don't trust them!!!! & find them very costly!!!) I am a very satisfied return customer who highly recommends him. I also like the fact it's a family run business which is a rarity these days!

This car shop is great. Dan is a great guy and the people here are nice. They always answer your calls but unless they can't, you can leave a message and they always call you right back. I have been going to this place for years for inspections (which they do the same day if the wait isn't long) and other car problems. I never had to wait that long to get my car back if it had a major problem. Go to this place to get your car fixed or oil changed.
