The rooms are set up well. With the two bedroom, each roommate has their own closet and bathroom which is a nice set up. Laundry is convenient in the apartment. Appliances work well. The view is nice and the rec room in the main building is nice. Parking seems adequate.
There are some issues, though. When my daughter first moved in, the apartment was kind of dirty. There was visible grease and crumbs in the kitchen, the walls had not been painted (and had dirt and small scratches) and it didn't seem like the rug had been cleaned. We were told that the apartment would be painted after move-in.

Managers are beyond what was expected. Showing accommodations and kindness at a higher level then expected. The rooms are worth the pricing, and maintenance is fast and reliable. After living here for a full year any issues that raised were handled swiftly and professionally. I couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere at an apartment complex
