We lived there for over a year, and I lost more than five packages here, those packages all under my name, which was very strange.

The complex is quiet and clean, the unit I moved into was ready before my set move in date (which impressed me!) I haven't had any issues with maintenance or rent. Property Management has been incredibly fast to respond to emails.

Heating system sucks, really cold in the apartment in the winter. 60F cold. They also don't shovel the area in front of the garage after they push all the snow against the garage door. I mean, why would I pay for a garage if I still need to shovel anyways?

They wont return you security deposit, they will say your room is dirty and unable to clear so everything has to be replace.
