Spoke with the rental office to review possibilities to rent an apartment . Was told by their office staff that an apartment was available on a specific date. Requested additional time for the lease to begin which was 3 weeks more from the available date they told me. I was told not to worry and they would make it work for me. Lies, Lies, Lies! I accepted their date but because I waited 48 hours to fill out the application I was told they only offered 24 hours and raised the quoted rent by $250.00.. it’s better to learn before what kind of inconsiderate thief’s they are rather than finding

I have applied to a large one bedroom apartment complex here and, while I've yet to be approved, I wanted to share my experience so far. Every person I've talked to has been so helpful and responsive to inquiries. Jeremy and Spencer were so kind in helping me ensure that all my documents were accounted for and all my questions were answered. Caitlyn gave the tour of the model apartment and was very nice, personable, and patient with us as we looked through the apartment.
Whether or not my husband and I join this community, I do believe that the representatives are top tier and reflect very well

This complex fosters thiefs. There had been numerous break-ins in the parking garage. No matter how many times it reoccurs, the management doesn't bother installing more security cameras or even try to investigate. It is very reasonable to say the thief lives in the complex. One of the worst management ever here.

I am late in updating this review but things are looking up at The Lexington Agoura Hills! Our new apartment manager Amanda is amazing, she is on top of everything and so friendly. This place is very family friendly! We did have a flood back in 2016 which we had a lot of issues with and had another flood in 2017 both of which were fixed but has left us a little nervous. Of course that says nothing about the staff but just about the structural integrity of the building! The area is nice with the Westlake library being a quick walk and we generally feel safe here although there are car break ins
