We loved living here for two years. We had a growing family and needed larger home. They always answered any needs we had. Imelda the manager was always super responsive to any and every need. They felt more like family than a large company.

Good complex and nice location. Management was helpful and the people at the community are friendly. Units have an open layout which gives them a spacious modern feel. Slight downside is parking but usually not a problem.

Thank you Yolo for this fun holiday gift! It made our day special!
We are living here close 2 years and we haven’t had much issues here. Would like to mention Imelda and April. They both are very helpful and try to resolve any issues that we have. By far the best place in the locality with excellent interior, new building and latest appliances.
Thank you Yolo and happy holidays!

My wife and I have lived at YOLO for over 2 years now and have really enjoyed our experience. We were the first tenants to live in a 3rd floor unit. The brand new luxury apartments include vinyl plank hardwood flooring, wood stained cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliance package, contemporary bathroom vanities, in-unit washer and dryer, and an expansive private balcony and open kitchen. Our neighbors are super friendly and we even got together for a Christmas party. The community is pet friendly, we have 2 small French bulldogs and there is dog patch area to take them outside

We tried every Apartment complex in Thousand Oaks. We must have visited over 15 places in 3 days, and we were fortunate enough to be helped by the BEST leasing agent in the area. April Rengstorf was the reason why we moved in. She treated us like REAL people and was willing to go to bat for us, and give us a real chance. An unmatched experience. IF you are looking for a new complex, contact April!

Stunning apartments inside and out. Huge open floor plan with beautiful cabinetry. Absolutely love our fire pit area. The landscaping around yolo is stunning and always taken care of. People come to clean the grill area along with hosing down the steps very often. I feel very safe and happy here. Imelda is amazing she will do anything to help her tenants!

We loved living here. We loved our apartment. We would have stayed if not for unexpected circumstances. We were looking for months and nothing really compared in the area. New and modern, an open/smart floor plan, a lot of cabinets and storage space. Close to a lot of good food spots. We had a great group of neighbors who became good friends. We looked out for each other and even shared parking spaces when someone was out of town. For a new build, there were only a couple of fixes that were eventually worked out. We had good communication with the management and they were responsive with any issues

I requested a tour via the site on Monday, 5/27, no response. I texted the number on their website, no response. I called one of the numbers on their site, it's a google number meaning it's a cover up number and being routed to a voicemail box that'll never be returned. I called again on Tuesday, no response.

I visited the YOLO apartments yesterday looking for a management office. No luck.

Apartments are over-priced and the only amenity is the dog run. They claim to have on-site management. I'm assuming the on-site management is on a forever vacation.

How do tenants get

I would have loved to live in here, however I experienced 3 days of unreturned calls and texts to the property and calls to the corporate office of the management company. Their automated system scheduled a tour for me and my roommate, so we stopped by only to find there is no on site leasing office, and no one to meet us, once again no one answered the phone number listed on the website. Finally, at 5ish last night (4 hours after our appointment and 3 days after our initial call) I received a very rude email from Imelda Quintero informing me that their one available apartment had been leased that

We lived here for a year and loved it. We were the first ones in our apartment and had a great community of friends and neighbors. We looked for 6 months before we moved in and couldn't find anything in the area that was even close to the interiors here: White countertops, grey stained cabinets and hardwood floors. Loved that we were so close to the lakes because we love Lassens Health food and also enjoy that we are far enough from the freeway that it doesn't bother us, but super close as well for commuting. The manager, Imelda, is super nice and warm hearted and always responded

If the parking were actually one spot per unit and the rest open on a first come basis the complex would be fine. There would be excess parking available every night. Instead the manager has "gifted" certain tenants a second assigned spot reducing the first come parking to just five spots (one of which has had an unmoved car in it for several weeks). Every night many assigned spots sit empty because they were given to units whose tenants have just one car while the rest of us are left to risk being towed from various illegal parking spots in neighboring complexes and businesses. Nice apartments but the parking for the place is ridiculous. If you were having guests over for a get together I can't imagine where they would park. I guess you could have them park in the other townhouse complex and have them worry about getting towed, or on Thousand Oaks Blvd. Some of the units patios are 10 feet away from the townhomes balconies. You would think they would have given everyone 2 parking spots and would have 20 to 30 guest spots. As is, ~ 70 spots for 36 units. Two cars per apartment (how else would a family afford that price). You do the math
