I have lived at the Meadows for nearly two years, and after all that time I still find new things to appreciate about this incredible community. I could speak on the stunning location or tip-top apartment amenities; however, what I find most impressive is the impeccable staff. From handymen who can fix anything and everything to office workers who greet you by name before answering all your questions, I have never lived with a group of such talented people.

As an owner and manager of two residential communities on the East Coast, I know how much work it takes to run a first rate operation managing both people and property. A business is only as good as it's people, and Jones & Jones Management has terrific people operating The Meadows at Westlake Village. Blake Carthan and the rest of the staff are conscientious, competent, and compassionate. Nice apartments, great amenities, and a caring management team. My daughter has called The Meadows "home" since 2019. You too will be pleased to make The Meadows your "home".

My family and I applied for the Meadows. I dealt with Ozzy who was very patient friendly and thorough. I have only had great customer service with everyone I have dealt with here. Everyone is so darn kind even when you can tell things are crazy busy.The property is clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

I am writing this note to share my 5 star experience with Meadows at Westlake Village and also dealing with Irina, their leasing agent who guided me right from showing various apartments (as per our choice and budget) and helping us in filling the application and signing the lease terms. She is super helpful, friendly and responds to the email immediately. Simply put, she is awesome, proactive and very cooperative.

My daughter and I have lived in The Meadows for about 7 months. We are extremely happy here! Our townhouse is beautiful. All new appliances, flooring, and cabinets. Our unit is situated overlooking a nicely-manicured grassy area. It is quiet and tranquil and our neighbors are wonderful! A few months ago we got a puppy. The staff at The Meadows welcomed her with open arms. She loves the dog park and visits Irena and Toun in the office every day. They both give her plenty of treats from the treat jar in the office. We also enjoy the pool, Jacuzzi, and exercise room. They are all extremely well-maintained

I moved in since one month and so far I am having a great experience in the Meadows. The property is beautiful and the location is very convenient and near by to shops, restaurants, freeway. I would really like to appreciate Irina for all the help because she organized the whole thing, starting from showing me the property till I signed the lease and moved in.

We've been here now for 10 months. The property is so well managed & maintained. Beautiful & clean inside & out. A convenient location to shops, restaurants, freeway, etc. Irina, Erica & Taun in the office are kind, approachable & professional. They're a dream team... Thank you for making our stay here really great! Oh and our dog Stuart thinks this place is awesome too! He loves the dog park & he always gets a treat when we visit the office :) F.R.

I LOVE the quiet environment, the wonderful foliage and the birds and squirrels who make homes in them. The grounds are beautifully kept, the staff are friendly and eager to please anytime. Great location to the freeway, stores and restaurants. Its so sweet to see children in the pools and people sunbathing. And they allow dogs to live here too!
