Mr. Lipp owned a very successful dealership in New York for over 30 years before retiring and moving to Tampa. Mr. Lipp was trained by William Carrier, the inventor of air conditioning systems.

Air went out on a Friday night and called the next day to have someone come out. Mike from the service department tried everything to see what was wrong and fix parts, but unfortunately, after multiple tries he recommended a new AC. They were able to replace first thing Monday AM. Great price and GREAT UNIT! The installation men were very professional, personable, and walked my husband and I through everything. WOW! We can't say enough about Action Air Conditioning! From the owner David coming out late in the evening because we were in a bit of a crisis with our old A/C...to Joyce in sales and installers CJ and Dillon....these people are first class! Our A/C story is long but here is the short of it. Our 12 year old Trane was failing in many ways but it was David that found there was either a motor or module issue at the heart. Along with a leaking coil. We had to decide whether or not to replace the whole thing or parts over time. Joyce helped us decide on the wiser choice of buying a new 3.5 ton Lennox

My husband and I recently had some major work on our HVAC. We have a service contact with Action Air, which we obtained when we first moved to Tampa. We recommend it - it has saved us a lot of money. Our experience with Action Air has been exceptionally great. Joandy does our yearly maintenance (he's super), the (friendly, efficient) office staff always gets it right and they make sure the service pros get to us as quickly as possible. Want to thank Matt B. for resolving my incorrect Lennox 7500 thermostat reading, which has been going on since my the installation of my A/C unit. Matt was very professional & friendly during this service call, and really appreciate his resolve.
