Someone from our team will call your customer and walk them through the management options available. If the referral signs a property management contract, we'll pay you $250 as our thank you. I've worked with Joseph to manage my condo in San Marcos for about 5-6 years now. Not only is he awesome to work with he also makes the process super easy!
