I have lived here for 3 years. In that time my water has been shut off over 20 times . Half of those instances without any notice. The gate lock is constantly being broken and my key does not work half the time. So if you live here prepared to be locked out of your home every now and then. The windows rattle like crazy with any slight bit of wind . These are just a few issues that have occurred in my 3 years of living here. Many of my neighbors experience all these issues as well as more. We have taken walks to the front office to complain multiple times , however the people are often not in the

New manager is terrible. She does not reply back to requests by tenants. Water is turned off without notifying tenants in advance. Vacant apartments are left with windows open and unlocked. Facilities are closed -such as pool use in the middle of summer and in the hottest of weather temperatures without a date as to when they will reopen. Parking gate is left open all night leaving community open to outsiders entering. Worst management I have experienced.

I just moved in & what can I say, I love living here! I feel safe & the maintenance people are always walking around or outside making the residence look nicer. I did have one complaint about my toilet not flushing correctly & the manager had someone out to look at it next business day ! When they came out to look they were very Respectful & were done in almost 10 minutes or less. I got my new toilet ordered and it should be up & running in 3 business days. Pool & gym were closed due to covid but have just reopened and are now offering a reservation for two hour time slots (which I think is plenty

This use to be a good and decent place to live. Now it's just annoying. You have a bunch of college students moving in and out, for the most part some of them are tolerable but many families with more than three kids are now moving to the complex and how did they get in? I have no idea because the new batch seems super ghetto not to mention LOUD. Somehow they got good luck and landed here and now the pool is always crowded with kids everywhere and babies and I am sorry, I do not want to go in a pool with your baby. Take that somewhere else, loud music, the laundry room is getting messier, it is

Families packing up apartments with unruly, loud children. I recently spotted a rather large family with about 7 children and they seem to travel together with two additional adults. I am wondering are they all in one apartment? I understand people fall on hard times, this is California and it is expensive but seriously, they are loud and this is no longer a quiet community. It's being overrun and taken over by large families with loud children and teenagers and when they take over the pool, they take over. This is my last year here, it was nice while it lasted. It's not horrible but it's not as
