In an ongoing effort, Fath Properties will be partnering with a local charity to provide help to the members of our community who need it most. We will be collecting items in a bin located outside of your Leasing Office.

We want you to know-your generous response to this effort empowered Catholic Social Services to provide gifts and essentials to more than 500 families this holiday season! As those who distributed these items can attest, every gift was warmly appreciated and the recipients were very thankful.
We are here to assist you in your apartment home search. We are offering guided, self-guided and virtual tours. A self-guided tour allows you to visit the community and view an apartment home with assistance from a team member via telephone call. We also offer virtual tours in which our teams can walk you through availability, photos, floorplans and more online or through a live video call.
First of all Kayla is amazing!. The maintenance man Demetrius is on top of everything and responds in a very well timed manner. I absolutely love my apartment with the accent walls in all 3 rooms along with big spacious walk-in closets. I am satisfied, so far so good.

They want to make it seem like it's a good place to live, but it's not. I was there for approximately 5 years. When we first moved in, things seems okay. Then the patio door started to leak. We reported it to the office, but it wasn't a priority. The patio door leaked for over 2 years. In fact, it was so bad, when we got back from Christmas Holiday, the carpet in our apartment was soaked 2 feet into the living room. They replaced the patio door, the patio door above us, and still it leaked. We would let the office know, and nothing would be done. They tried different things, then Michelle just

I've lived at Lisa Ridge going on 2 years. There has been downfalls on management but here recently Everytime I'm in the office I always get a positive attitude from Kayla and the manager Tracey! The new maintenance man Brandon is efficient in his work and is a great guy. I really see things changing at Lisa Ridge and can't wait to see the new look!

Moved into the Lisa Ridge Apartments in the middle of November and Kayla Johnson has been a massive help to me!! This is my first apartment and she has been prompt in handling all of my questions with timely emails and personal phone calls!
Without her the move would have been so much more difficult since I am learning a lot of this stuff on the fly, cannot thank her enough for everything that she's done to help me and make living at Lisa Ridge as great as possible!!
I've really enjoyed living here and look forward to continuing to live and grow here!!

I just moved in and love my apartment. Kayla and Tracy worked with me for several weeks before the actual move. The apartment is super clean with up to date vinyl windows. The complex is quiet. Completely surrounded by tall trees. I saw a mother deer and her fawn on move in day. I am very excited to be here and anyone I have encountered has been very pleasant. Looking forward to making this my home!

I am rating this property a 5 star because of the ongoing effort to make our community life better. I am in a nice 2 bedroom with my wife, and twin girls who are on the way. Very roomy apartment. The maintenance workers are respectful, and work hard on completing their tasks. After being apart of the military and transferring to civilian life, the management team has made it very nice and easy to make that transfer for myself and my family.

Me and my little family have been here for a little over a year. We love it here at Lisa Ridge , it's a wonderful place to live and raise your family. The apartments are beautiful and the staff are awesome and very helpful and nice always... We also love the little events that we have here like for Easter, Christmas, Halloween. The property is amazing alot of space and private areas to walk my dog. There is a playground for my kids to play at all summer long a wonderful pool to swim.You can't go wrong moving here it's an amazing place to live with wonderful staff. You'll love it here just as much

My experience living at Lisa Ridge Apartment was absolute hell. Any time something broke, or went out it would take them MONTHS to send maintenance to repair it and most times they wouldn't even come at all. At one point, my AC went out, and the manager, Michelle Bohman, told me to repair it myself. Keep in mind I'm a 24 year old female and have no idea how to repair anything, unfortunately. The heaters they have going alone the bottoms of the floors, they broke the shields that cover the vents in every bedroom one day when they were replacing all the windows. During the whole year I

Our family has lived here for six years, and other than occasionally not being able to find a parking spot near our door, have few complaints. Maintenance problems are handled promptly, often the same day I report them. My daughter is happy that she can have her cats, and they LOVE to take walks around the slightly wooded areas behind the buildings. It is also nice to not be directly on Queen City Avenue. so we don't really hear the traffic noise.
