Any DTN place is going to be run poorly, and The Quarry is no different. I have been lied to by someone at the leasing office countless times. Most recently they misinformed me on multiple things that ended up costing me over a thousand dollars. Their response was "I'm human." They are condescending, rude, and the employee turnover is as bad as a restaurant. The maintenance employees admit they cut corners wherever possible and install the cheapest products they can find. Save your money and live literally ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Lived here for about a year and a half. It was exceptional. The facilities, although some were closed due to COVID, were great. Always clean, always maintained. Snow removal was prompt and well done. The attached garages were awesome especially for the mid-michigan winters. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at staying in the DeWitt/Lansing area.

So far, my husband and I have had ZERO issues with the Quarry. The office staff members are superb and the resident events are relaxed and enjoyable. As long-time renters, we've never felt a part of a community until now. It's a unique thing to be able to say that we feel like a part of the neighborhood while renting an apartment.

The Quarry staff are incredible. Living here is fantastic. Problems are solved efficiently and quickly. Autumn, Madeline and Hannah at the office work very hard to ensure that things are running smoothly. I trust them which helps me know things are good at home when I am on extended business trips.

We love The Quarry Apartments. My significant other, our dog, and I all lived in a one bedroom apartment for a year. Hannah showed us around, made the process super easy and ensured that we always felt like we were at home. We then had to relocate for work and were so sad to have to leave our little community.
BUT as fate would have it, we found… ourselves back in the area and Autumn welcomed us back with open arms. She was patient, kind, and answered every question we had about a second floor two-bedroom unit. She then made sure our apartment was ready for move-in after double-checking

Hannah and Autumn and the rest of the staff at the Quarry are the absolute best staff I have ever worked with by far. Always so friendly with a smile on their faces and always willing to fix any problem presented. If you don't know Hannah and Autumn you are missing out. I highly recommend the Quarry to any and all people looking for that perfect place to live with a perfect staff. Well done.

They were not helpful when I moved out. Too expensive and too crowded. Amenities too small and too difficult to access for number of tenants. Also they did not enforce dog off leash rules and cleaning up dog waste. Terrible to walk through the grass. Neighbors not responsible in that regards nor where the neighbors in regards to noise level. Also difficult to park with no vehicle marked spaces for tenants. It seems to outgrow the space provided. In the end another number with money as only care.

I’ve lived here for four months now and haven’t regretted a single moment of it. I remember touring The Quarry and thinking it was all too good to be true, but it’s not. It REALLY is that good! They may be “pricier” than some other places but you get what you pay for. These are luxury apartments after all and they treat them like that. The staff is… friendly and responsive and they truly care about their residents. I love that I can just come home from work and unwind without having to worry about any problems. I also like that there is no one above or below

The staff at The Quarry is fantastic, all providing great customer service. Autumn is terrific; genuinely friendly, making sure everything meets your satisfaction. Jesse and Bryan have always been super professional and accommodating whenever you need anything from the maintenance crew! The grounds are always maintained for a beautiful place to call home!

If you are looking for a great place to live worth the money, THIS is it... it’s far enough out that it’s peaceful but close enough that it doesn’t take more then 10/15 mins to get ANYWHERE. I just signed my second 2 year lease and it is by far the best place I have ever rented. The amenities are one of the top things, the maintenance is another ( and if you rent, you know maintenance plays a huge part) it is SO FAST, you will never wait for anything to get fixed. As far as the management & office staff -amazing is an understatement.... they will go above and beyond for you, my favorite office

I have lived at The Quarry for a year now and the way I describe it to my friends is that "I feel like I'm on vacation, but I get to come home to this beautiful place every day." I discovered The Quarry community online while searching to simplify my life after owning a home for 13 years. The open and spacious floor plans drew me in first, and when I came for a visit I knew this was the perfect place. The community is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by nature, with hiking trails directly across the street. It's also conveniently located near beautiful downtown DeWitt, and is only 10 minutes

My family and I moved from out of state and were recommended The Quarry Appartments by a friend. They did not disappoint. The entire staff was extremely warm and welcoming. They were understanding to our situation and helped make our transition go as smoothly as possible. The environment they created makes u feel like it’s more then just another… apartment complex. It makes u feel at home. The units exterior looks amazing and the inside is clean comfortable and gives u very homely feeling. I’m extremely happy we went with The Quarry and will recommend it to anyone.
