The staff is all very helpful, and I have no complaints! Maintenance has always been quick to answer work orders as well. Security drives around often at night, so I never worry about anything going on and that's a huge plus for me.

Today for the second time, the internet was turned off without warning or heads up or any other communication to us. Both times I had to walk to the office after realizing it and was told that they knew about the outage and that it would be turned back on “shortly whatever that means”. I am currently doing a remote internship and both times I was thrown out of a meeting and was not able to continue working. If you are dependent on a reliable and good internet connection I cannot recommend this place. Overall the wifi is really poor with me having many problems during meetings with poor connections

My daughter lived here for 4 years, the first couple years were great, and Stone was amazing. But then the apartment was sold and went under new management and everything went downhill. They did not pay or have a trash service for a long time so the dumpsters was full but they were still charging residents, they got a lot of snow a few times and they plowed my daughter's car and did not offer to help get it out, the internet was not strong enough to support classes when COVID hit, the scanner lock on her building was broke and I called numerous times to have it fixed because it was a security issue

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. If you’re allergic to penicillin, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! There was airborne penicillium mold in building three and building five that caused me to have debilitating lung problems for the whole time living here. The staff was awful with their responses about my issues and didn’t seem to care I was in and out of the hospital for a year.

Seems like a nice place to live and maintenance is basically fine. Simple repairs are easy. 6 Service requests for no heat resulted in nothing. Numerous service requests for the pipes constantly shaking the walls resulted in nothing. If you have a persistent problem it will not be solved and I was assured they did "all they could" or whatever while internet was out for a few weeks, my room was 50*F in the winter, and the pipes shake the walls when AC runs. Systematically I hate this place because of it but at least there's free parking and a pool. I don't know maybe if I make a public plea, something

Not too bad. Kinda disappointed that my room was smaller than my 2 roommates rooms. Was expecting their room size.
Also disappointed that the fitness center claims to be 24 hr but it closes when the leasing office closes.
The staff have also forgotten to put in maintenance requests for me multiple times.
I do really like that it’s furnished and has a cute little balcony. The pool is also great!

I had an extremely terrible experience trying to get the massive amounts of snow away from my car so that I could get out of my parking spot. There was no extra assistance from employees besides a really bad shovel that barely worked, and their only response when something like this happens is to "park somewhere else." I've had a contract with this apartment since Fall 2019 and have never been so upset in all of that time until now, and I truly cannot wait until my lease contract is done. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other apartment complex in EL.

I love this place so much! The staff make the place feel like home. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any requests that we need. It's just so cozy here! They also provide a couple of kitchen appliances which were really handy (microwave). If you ever need anything, staff is always just a call a way and happy to help!
