If I could leave a 0 rating I would. I am appalled with the way our maintenance issues have been handled. On July 8th, 2021, there was a celling leak due to the tenant above us leaving water on. The leak was so bad it ran from the entrance, kitchen, and living room with water pouring down. This was the second time in 6 months it has happened, before it was in the bathroom. Maintenance was the only responsive people, they came and assessed, and did drywall. but we didn't hear anything from property managers until July 28th.

Critical: Professionalism
Overheard a conversation had between Josh in management and one of my relatives on the phone. So unprofessional!!!! Could not believe what I was hearing. I would NEVER rent from this community. His encounter with my family was very troubling. I sure hope he doesn’t talk to all his valued residents that way.

Both my entrance to and exit from Arbor Glen involved somewhat complicated circumstances, and I am happy to say that I found the leasing office to be very accommodating and helpful through it all. When I first moved in, I was exiting another lease on short notice and needed to quickly find a new apartment for immediate move-in. Similarly, when I left, I had to break my lease in the middle of the contract. Fortunately, Arbor Glen found a replacement tenant in a reasonable period of time, allowing me to successfully terminate my lease. I found all the office workers to be friendly in demeanor and

Hello everyone! This review will be on the maintenance only as I have only been living in the Arbor Glen communities for a week as of this review; however, I just had to make mention of the incredible service I have received from Tom Johnson. Not only does Tom make it a point to learn your name, he is by far one of the most polite and hardworking maintenance workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
