This place is beautiful but definitely not worth your money. If your moving for the “GATED COMMUNITY” the gates break down every other week. The parking lot floods after any little rain storm we have and to top it off it’s never any parking and they always threaten to tow your car. Priority is the thousands of covered parking and garages they make you pay for extra when your rent is already sky rocket high. You’ll have to walk about 5-6 buildings from your apartment to get a parking spot at night. They also make you pay for valet trash when half the time valet never comes to pick the trash

I have lived here for maybe close to a year now, and I have loved every aspect of it. The staff is super friendly and always eager to help you. The grounds are always kept neat, organized, and beautiful. Even when Hurricane Sally came through and impacted Pensacola, Crestview at Oakleigh was prepared. The grounds were torn up expectedly, but repairs started as soon as it was safe to do so. I was very impressed with the response of the staff, contractors, and groundskeepers.
I have yet to utilize the gym facilities and pool, but every time I walk by, everything is stocked, kept nicely, and clean

Love living here! Maintenance work orders are always completed in a timely manner (Mike & Steve are great)! The apartments have plenty of necessary storage and closets! Kylie and the front office crew have excellent customer service skills and make sure each request is completed and that we are completely satisfied with the outcome of the job. I will agree that the Landscaping company has gone downhill since moving here over a year ago so that maybe needs addressing with the outside contracted company. It also seems like it's time for a good complex pressure washing since Hurricane Sally left quite

Very nice units, but the upkeep is awful. The groundskeepers they hire dig ruts into the grass and leave it looking like hell. They never give you a heads up before maintenance arrives, even though they say they will. They increase your rent every year and the service/amenities stay the same. Most of all, there is absolutely NO parking around the complex other than on the curb. I have a handful of friends that are residents here that are not resigning their lease because everything is handled so poorly even though Providence Management is making a killing off of this place.

I loved my individual apartment and if I could've picked it up & moved it somewhere else I would've! As a single mature woman, I wanted a quiet location. At the suggestion of the young lady in the office she put me on the backside of the pool saying it was quiet. When I complained of how noisy it was, couldn't sleep during the day - night job - and asked to be moved at their expense they wouldn't do it.
I was the model tenant, paying my rent a month early, kept my apartment immaculate - then I had a roach problem and after being there for over a year they insinuated I brought them there with me

This is actually one of the best/nicest apartment complexes in Pensacola. From reading some of the other reviews, I think people are either too sensitive or they're just being little babies! I lived here for 1 year and had a great experience. The grounds and buildings are always immaculately maintained - hardly a blade of grass would be out of place, literally. The complex was always quiet - night and day. I had zero issues with any neighbors, and instead everyone was really friendly and nice. The ladies in the management office were always the sweetest and soooo helpful. The maintenance staff

I lived here for a 12 month lease and it is one of the best places I have ever lived in. Pensacola is pretty scarce for apartments to be built not in the 70's or 80's. The parking lot does flood when it rains and parking sucks after like 9pm most nights, however don't let that deter you! The staff was so nice, the maintenance guys patient and lovely, and the grounds were immaculate. Second story apartments are awesome and have high ceilings in the living area. ALSO NO COCKROACHES incase you have an irrational fear like me.
