Chef Missy is still be the Soup Lady to her close friends and family. Having been classically trained at Creative Cuisine in Cambridge, Ma., Chef Missy distinguishes herself with her seasonal flare tailored specifically to your style and budget.

Missy has always gone above and beyond our expectations each and every time we use her to cater our many different kinds of events. Not only is the food delicious but it is always appropriate for the event. We have had Art Showing Parties, Birthday Parties and Holiday Parties and each time the food is spot on in its theme and utterly delicious.

In the pinch of time, Chef Missy made our whole catering idea come true! She created a simple yet delicious vegan menu and bar package within our budget for our wedding reception. Her staff was so pleasant and professional. We had an abundance of positive feedback from guests, and no food was left to waste - making the overall outcome speak for itself!

My son and his fiancé were married on September 4th in the Poconos and wanted a vegan wedding. Our first caterer ghosted us, and the second caterer strung us along for months. They finally sent the proposal and it was $6,000 over the budget (and they knew the budget and said they could work with us). Chef Missy created a delicious and special meal for our family Christmas party. More than satisfying our meat, fish & veggie lovers; with generous portions and variety! She was very helpful with ideas and suggestions for my first foray with a personal chef. The meal was beautiful to look at and tasted even better! Chef Missy made the food at our wedding a highlight. She was easy to work with, made great recommendations for yummy seasonal flavors and found opportunities for us to keep our costs low. As you might expect, we had some changes along the way and details to coordinate, she was very responsive and flexible to suit our preferences. Everyone loved the food! Everyone! It was flavorful, served hot and ready when our guests were ready. We had a buffet and the portions were very generous. No one left hungry. She also made a point to work with how our reception flowed ~ allowing us time to have pictures

She catered my a brunch after my sister's wedding and it was incredible. The frittata was molte buono. They even had bloody Mary's for the ones that were struggling that day (me)

Chef Missy and her staff are wonderful. I found her via yelp when searching for a caterer for my Father's 75th birthday dinner. It was a surprise party with a small group of his closest family and friends, and I was planning it from 6000 miles away. When I first spoke with Missy I felt I could trust her with this very special event. She was going to be away for the actual date, but she created the menu and assured me her staff would do an excellent job the day of and they did!

I am an event coordinator for a company in upstate NY who had the pleasure of working with Missy! She did a private dinning experience for the executives of my company in the Poconos at a cabin. We were very last minute with our search for a private chef and Missy took on the challenge! she planned a beautiful dinner with wine and beer pairing. she came prepared with everything she promised, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed her service! everything was well thought through and perfectly executed! we would love to have Missy a part of our events whenever in the area!
