Our home inspection checklist includes all items that the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and the NH Board of Home Inspectors require in their SOP (standards of practice).

If your desired day and time is possible Structure Check will e-mail you a conformation email and copy of the agreement (please read). Deposit will be deducted at time of inspection. Radon and water testing services can be added at time of inspection. VA, first time buyer, coupons and repeat customer discounts will be redeemed at time of inspection.
