Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Will not stand for what they installed, i had a NEW furnace installed which was red tagged by the city for a failed inspection. The unit still does not work, and now they want me to pay for them to come back out! I do NOT recommend this company for anything.

Oh my god this company basically just wasted our time and not fixing anything. We never ever could get our work order even dispatched.. even after hours of calling them. Their customer service is ... I am totally speechless. How come American Home Shied work with this company given their irresponsiveness. That company is ... completely dead. Do not expect them to give anything useful to you.
If you live in Texas and start up a company to work on HVAC area, I am 100% sure you will make money. Just look at this poor company. If they can make money, everyone else can.

AHS assigned this company to me to service my A/C as it was no longer cooling my home. The first time someone came out there was no issue (or so I thought) the repairman was communicative and said he replaced the motor and we’d be good to go. 30 mins later the breaker tripped again. Called him back immediately and he said he would refer me to an electrician because the breaker was now weak. Breaker was replaced and A/C was still not cooling. So I had to pay another $100 for them to come out again. Second repairman told me my compressor needed replaced, which is fine, however NOBODY WILL CALL

Two previous companies misdiagnosed my AC problem. Kevin was very professional and experienced and was able to identify the issue. We were without air in our upstairs and they were able to get the part and schedule and install within a few days. Jose installed a new evaporation coil upstairs. He was awesome. Jose and his awesome assistant were so careful not to bump any walls and wore shoe covers correctly (took them off each time they went outside or were in the attic). They took their time removing and replacing that large piece of equipment in my attic. They installed the evaporation coil perfectly

This company was sent out from American Home Shield to repair our A/C. When temperatures reach almost a 100 degrees in Texas in the summer A/C are pretty crucial! The order was placed on a Thursday and they did not come until Saturday (keep in mind with no A/C our inside temperature was reaching almost 90 degrees). He came stayed about 15 minutes and said our unit was frozen! Told us to completely turn it off and he will be back Monday because he only works half a day on Saturday and doesn’t work weekends! So we are sitting in a hot house with a 4, 12, 16 year old and 3 dogs! Do not expect any

Tip: Before you buy air conditioning units and the labor warranty from these folks, try calling other AC companies in your area. Call them on Saturday and see if they are available. I could get in touch with a couple of their competitors, but not A-US Air. I am stuck with this unresponsive company for the next 10 or 12 years, or however long my AC units (and my life) lasts. My AC went out on a Friday night. I called the main phone line - message says office is closed but try the emergency number. I had to go online to get that number from their website. I called it, and got the same message from
