This company deserves more than 5 stars. I have used Miles Mechanical more than once and each time his service and responsiveness has exceeded my expectations. He's always available and on call.
The fear of dealing with a small business is something I've always had but Charles was very reasonable and will work with you not just for you.
Definitely can see the passion for his work and because of this he have gained a loyal customer. I will use him again as well as refer others.

If yelp allowed a six star rating, I would be giving Miles Mechanical a full six! After being dragged through a 6 week long nightmare provided by our home warranty company and their selected contractors to address our air conditioning not working, we were exhausted and desperate for a capable, and properly licensed, HVAC specialist. The owner/operator, Charles Miles, swooped in like a super hero to save us from the incompetent, unlicensed, unethical HVAC racket that exists here in Texas. Wow! Miles Mechanical is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We had to get an overhaul of our entire system after dealing with another incompetent company through our home warranty. I was SO thankful we met Mr. Miles when he came out for our second opinion.
